Calamvale Hotel Suites and Conference Centre

I loved the size of the room, it was a great size . Overall it was a great stay .

I would have liked a higher floor because I booked a premium king room .

Comfortable beds and request for rooms next door to each other were granted. Close to 2 malls with a vast choice of asian and western cuisine with woolies, coles and Big W. Also convenience of hotel restaurant that provided all meals right into the early hours.

Although hotel caters for families, not really family friendly for a family of 5, price for a room is the same price you would pay in the city for a hotel with a pool and gym but I guess the location near the malls compensate for this.

Breakfast was good, a little bit of a misunderstanding with order but all sorted quickly.

No breakfast included.The room didn’t have any drinking water. I paid for water

I asked for drinking water, they said I need to pay first and then they gave me the water

Staff were rude and unhelpful went out of their way to my gas stay miserable when I complained about it they showed no concern managers efforts were disgusting don't know how he's a manager if you work in customer service you should expect to give customers some service

2 things one when we checked in the undercover car park was full so we had to park outside like other people that didnt pay for a room and the other thing was that the room service shut at 10 and we didnt check in till 11 so I would have liked a car park attached to the room and room service whenever thanks

Just satisfactory.

I conveyed over the messages that there was a tall colleague travelling with me and that we were requiring a larger (kng) single. The messages were returned clearly outlining that this was the case, even providing the measurements of the beds which was great. The room we had only had regular single beds. After a shit nights sleep and keen to get back on the road, upon checking out, the concierge was rude with a "not even I know those measurements, how would we send that' comment. It was easier to just dismiss it it and leave.

Room had Tv seen direct in front of bed while Tv viewed from seats position 45% from tv suggest moveable tv

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean when we arrived and the room service was amazing

For an overnight stay, it was conveniently close to a shopping center. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The sound proofing to the outside was something to be desired as there was quite a bit of traffic late at night.

The bed and room were very nice, tidy and clean!

I did not like that there was only 1 tea spoon and not any other cutlery.

Restaurant was good, and convenient.

There was no USB charging port in the room.We stayed overnight unexpectedly and had no charger with us.

Close to shops, very large rooms

Bed to soft and toilet paper in an awkward position. You can't reach the toilet roll that's behind your back

Great convenient place to stay, comfortable bed, large room. Food is great, ordered bangers and mash for room service.

Excellent place to stay if you expecting visitors. Room was clean and comfortable. Huge Carpark. The bar with pool table is icing on the cake.

First time stay at the Calamvale Hotel and was pleasantly surprised. It is a little out of the city, however, the room and facilities were better than any alternative accommodation I have used in Brisbane City.

Good location for easy access to shops. The bar downstairs was great, as were the pokies/gaming/bowling.

Rooms need a little tlc.

Everything! From the hotel suites itself to where it was located. I also loved how there is a bar/restaurant next door and a mini arcade/bowling area

There was no pool probably the only thing that was missing that’ll make it even better but other than that I love everything about my stay

Breakfast was good, maybe a buffet would be nice if hotel is full. Location was great for business in Sunnybank area

The table in the room was wobbly/broken, needed to be replaced or repaired

Convenient, clean, the bed was super comfortable
