Pros +
- Cozy yet chik, very modern amenities in a cool part of town. Staff was very accommodating even when we had unusual requests like early breakfast, cab booking, and bag drop. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
- The staff was superb. Loved the neighborhood vibe.
- Room was nice, staff were friendly and approachable. Food is fantastic, had a delicious dinner. Breakfast is the best I've ever had in a hotel, easily.
Cons -
- The room was subject to some of the hotel noise, although it was quite after 9, it was a little noisy in the morning as things came to life
- There's only one EV charger and we specifically asked if we could charge our rental overnight, asked if we needed to reserve it - staff advised us we were the only ones with an EV and it was all ours. Another car was plugged in that evening and without 24h reception we were out of luck, had to pay recharge fees, bit annoying!
- The beeping doors. Every time someone beeped into the building, it sounded like someone was comming into my room because my room and bed was right next to the main building entrance.

Great location near Fortitude valley and the river. Perfect place to start around the river walks.
The restaurant meals were exceptional, as were the friendly and knowledgeable staff
The beeping doors. Every time someone beeped into the building, it sounded like someone was comming into my room because my room and bed was right next to the main building entrance.
When booking, I asked for the quietest darkest room. This was perfect. The staff seemed calm, friendly and happy in their job, suggesting to me that their manager is doing an excellent job. This is my new favourite place to stay.
My room code wouldn’t open the front door when I came back at 11pm from a show. The after hours/on call person remedied this, but it did cause a little stress for a moment.
Breakfast was great, very good coffee, lovely location out on the verandah on a wet day. Upstairs bar at night was also very good although the weather was rainy so we were the only people up there. Great margaritas. Close to city and Fortitude Valley, which I walked to.
The windows in our room were pretty dirty.
Nice facilities. Staff were excellent for the most part. Food very enjoyable.
Windows could have done with a clean and bathroom was a bit dated. Girl who served the food was not very communicative and we needed to consult the menu to identify each course of the degustation menu.
Staff were awesome, location and restaurant were both great. Unfortunately I didnt get to visit the rooftop bar, maybe next time.
Car park although good to have, was a little tight and had to reverse out on checkout.
Passable
The shower door in room 2 doesn't work properly. You need to squeeze yourself to get in.
Breakfast was great! The Eggs Benny was one of the best I've had! Great service. The location of the hotel was perfect! 2 minute walk to the venue we were attending that evening! Staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and bed was comfy.
Location was brilliant, staff were fantastic. The breakfast was superb.
The shell had a bad sulphur odour, however, after use it seem to go away. This needs to be attended to.
The property was lovely and clean. Daily room tidy was very welcome. In a nice area. Such a beautiful hotel, and suites. Easy parking. The rooftop bar has stunning views and the bed was like a cloud.
Intimate & boutique hotel. Beautifully appointed with eclectic decor. Friendly & attentive staff. Great breakfast menu & we enjoyed a delicious evening meal.
No negatives - it was all great!
had breakfast on the beautiful verandah surrounded by frangipani trees (lit up at night). It's not a buffet breakfast, but there's lots of choices including some unusual dishes that were very yummy.
Delighful boutique hotel. Beautifully appointed modern room with all amenities. Quiet and beautifully decorated room. Location was great. Easy walk to the Howard Street wharves and the CBD as well as Fortitude valley. Restaurant was excellent.
The bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. We liked the automatic door opening when leaving and the code for our room instead of a key.
The pillows were too soft for us. Dinner was very good, but the wait staff were very junior and seem new to the job. Breakfast was excellent and worth eating there.
The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the close by ferry terminal and there are many restaurants there too.
