Great location for us by train station, clean bed comfy.

Little dated but we were very happy and would stay here again.

Close to Rona station. Walking distance to all CBD

Booked a room for 3 adults. Received 1 bed and 1 sofa. Not a bed. Only two bath towels for 3 adults. Not impressed.

Love the location, the good directions, the helpful staff and the independence of entering out of hours.

The noisy fan and the inability to visit other floors to see family in other rooms.though I guess that is for security.

How run down the place is. Quite a bad odour. Only one pillow each , no extra in cupboard etc Sliding door to balcony extremely hard to open Very expensive for what it is

The location is the best thing about Abbey on Roma. Its directly opposite Roma St station and as we were arriving/departing by train, I can't complain about that. Aside from the accommodation being very run down, the bed itself appeared to be clean with fresh sheets.

The rooms did not meet my expectations as they are far more run down than the photographs. There is missing paint and damage on the walls and fittings. The bathrooms were old with visible mould in one of the two rooms, plus there were also ants near the sink. There was a musty smell and a cigarette burn on one of the sofas (note: its a non smoking room!). Essentially the whole building needs a complete refurbishment.

Comfortable, clean , close to Roma Street train station and restaurants etc.

The location is extremely good. Wifi is fast enough for remote work. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Apartment furnishings are adequate.

Ceiling vents need to be cleaned.

We have stayed at Abbey on Roma many times over the past 3 years. It has recently changed ownership and I believe they are freshening up the rooms with paint and new furniture. Wi fi is very good, the rooms are clean and basic but comfortable. We will book again. Very happy with our stays.

The couch was basic but big enough for 2 people.

Location was convenient

The rooms weren’t entirely clean, the couches were old and uncomfortable and so was the bed. Also convenience of PowerPointS in the bedroom were abysmal.

The properties are always clean. The beds are very comfortable. Our favourite feature is the ability to open the balcony door and sit on the patio.

It was my own fault, I forgot to ask for a separate shower. But management were so accommodating in finding us two apartments side-by-side that we accepted this small inconvenience.

Only the proximity to Roma St station

Very noisy! No sound proofing whatsoever. Could hear traffic and voices down on the street very clearly. Even heard someone sneeze on other side of bedroom wall! The air was also not fresh - mouldy in fact. No Reception at all on public holiday - series of pin codes and lock box for room keys. Very much running on a budget.

The marks on the wall.A fresh coat of paint would make it nice.

Would be better is there were biscuits to go with the tea and coffee, tissues and a mini bar. I would be more than happy to pay for items from a mini bar.

The bed was excellent and the location was good only a short walk to the stadium and the city
