Pros +
- Good size and comfortable layout
- I honestly didn't like anything about the hotel.
- The location for what we wanted to do was great, staff were awesome and friendly.
Cons -
- The kitchen set up was not as good as shown in the images online. The cooking utensils were also quite poor, with the fry pan old and very worn out. Coffee pods weren't topped up when room was cleaned.
- It was dirty. So dirty in fact that we did not want to walk around our apartment with no shoes on. It was sticky, dirty and run down.
- We accidentally left a phone charger in the room and didn't receive a phone call to let us know. Its not about the phone charger but the courtesy of letting us know.

Very Clean and comfortable room...not too small!
The pool wasnt in service which was a shame in very hot conditions!
Very comfortable bed
The hotel pool was empty, and no one was informed this would be the case at time of booking or when checking in. It really ruined our plans, as the three rooms of people we booked with, booked this hotel to utilise the pool/bbq area.
The rooms are so spacious and have everything you need them. Got upgraded from a studio to a two bedroom apart which was great !
Unfortunately the aircon was dripping during our stay
There was a washer in the room and a kitchenette. The room was good size.
I didn't like that no one cane to bring fresh towels or vacuum the room daily or change the trash.
Beds were so comfy
Bathrooms were a little old
Clean

For every occasion my partner and I have made an effort to book a hotel and spent a weekend away. Our first stay at this hotel in a smaller room a year ago, was fine and we had no issues. However, when my partner and I rented--what was supposed to be a high-end room--for her birthday this weekend, we were left extremely disappointed. The room seemed okay at first, yet over our stay it became apparent the room was more thrown together and uncleaned than expected. I don't expect the most luxurious room, but for a $518 room for 2 tonight's, I expected clean living conditions. To start, hidden under the kitchen sink plug was old food that hadn't been cleaned out, such as part of an egg and some meat. There was also a drain in the kitchen floor which had no cover and dropped straight down into the piping system. The laundry machine was obviously broken as it made an awkward clunking sound when it spun and left clothes smelling like dirty dish water that had been left for days and were multiple obvious dents in the fridge. Over the room were many areas where the paint had been pealed or scratched off. The bathroom lock didn't work either and was hard to even get the door to click into place so it wouldn't swing open. Sometimes, the door had to be left open as it just wouldn't click. In the bathroom, you'll find a hair dryer pre-plugged in which smelt like an electrical fire upon use. When inspected, the outlet was burnt through previous to us as it had quite a bit of damage which couldn't have happened in 3 minutes of use--an electrical fire waiting to happen.
We also found a cut toenail under the bathroom sink which hadn't been found or cleaned up, which wasn't surprising as the whole underneath of the sink was filthy and littered with dust and hair. In the living room, the carpet had been stained and wasn't vacuumed over as upon arrival, there was dirt and debris on it. I understand that when purchasing items for a hotel, it's ideal to keep things cheap because of how many rooms you'd have to furnish, however, the aircon was obviously cheap and barely worked or was cold, the tv also was similarly cheap with an extremely old outdated tv in the bedroom which probably would only run DVDs now. One of the chairs were also broken in the living room and couldn't be sat on. The worst part of the hotel was the bedroom. For starters, the sprinkler/fire alarm (whatever it was), had a plastic bag tied around it which seemed to have dead bugs inside. The closet was piled with so much dust it came off in clumps. There was a massive deep scrap in the wall and the side tables also had scratches in it where some parts of the wood were off. It was obvious this room was left for the previous people staying to clean instead of the actual employees as we had found someone's old sign-in form in one of the draws which had been there since May. It may not sound like a long time, but for the cleaners to miss that for a whole month would mean the room wasn't getting properly cleaned as would be expected in a hotel with hundreds of people staying per month. The only thing good in this hotel was leaving. It was so dirty and unkept it felt like I needed to shower 4 times per day. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
The room size was massive with a huge window view to see around Brisbane. The room had everything we needed for our stay.
The room seemed a little tired, paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and some areas seemed to be a little less clean.
Not much!
It was dirty, didn’t look like it had had a good clean in months. Lounge was broken, both showers didn’t work. Everything was falling apart. The photos definitely don’t show the rooms that you stay in. The whole place needs a good overhaul with new furniture that isn’t broken and actually clean utensils and kitchen that you can cook in.
Spacious, a big bed each and a bathroom each
Ambulance sirens so close and loud
Easy. paid parking. Clean, quiet. Value for money good. Bed comfortable, kitchen basic but ok.
TV: no way to stream phone. Gym (vary basic and equipment broken). I booked that hotel to use the gym.
Kitchenette and clothes washing in room.Room was clean
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, and I felt safe during my stay
could not increase the room temperature beyond their set limit.
dairy and 3 good food places across the road. 2
provision of requested beds, 3rd chair, swimming pool open later, somebody downstairs, tourist info. eo\
Passable
That the lock was old and my door creaked I got locked out the key stuck
The pool area
The bugs on the ground and wet ground upon arrival. The have a 8 month toddler that can crawl so not nice finding bugs in her mouth upon arrival when we had waited for the room to be cleaned
No proper kitchen utensils such as toaster, deep fryer and extra cooking pore
