Amazing location - very central! Half decent breakfast, considering it's free.

Did not feel 4 star. The rooms were very dated, and quite snug. We had no tv remote in the bedroom so couldn't work the tv.

Great location; great room and fantastic staff. I had a difficult time cancelling my extra night booking and the lady at the front desk,  (sincere apologies) managed to look after me in my frustrated mess and still serve others

The included breakfast is awesome.

Location is very central

The breakfast was very limited. I was there there was nearly a week, there was no daily housekeeping for stocking up the tea, sugar etc. which should be done.

Location was extremely handy to all shopping and wonderful walks and ferries along the river.

Location was amazing! The staff is very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options. Well appointed. This was very easy place to stay. There is also a doctor’s group on the underground level, which we used and was affordable, even though we were international.

Fantastic CBD location very central for everything. Free breakfast was pretty good, decent selection of hot and cold items served by friendly staff. Excellent value, was great having laundry and kitchen available and nice big sitting room

Bathrooms could do with an update, tiling grout was a bit grotty in a few places, but overall it was spotlessly clean.

Great location, plenty of room. Breakfast staff and food were super. And, the elevator was speedy, a nice addition. We will stay here again.

Wish there had been a way to recycle in the unit.

Location was awesome , easy to get to bars , eateries and shops Rooms were spacious and the leather reclining chairs were lovely to sit back and relax in . Breakfast was basic but good ! Staff there were very helpful and friendly

Rooms are dated but it is an old property with history so to be expected ! Didn’t like that rooms aren’t serviced everyday so no clean towels ! Also only supplied with two smaller sized bath towels one hand towel and one flannel between us , pretty average for the cost of the room . Also no coffee machine

The apartment was very well furnished; beds were comfortable; kitchen was well-supplied; the location was very convenient, and having a washer and dryer in the front bathroom was a very pleasant and appreciated amenity.

Being from the USA, and with one of our travelers having digestive "issues", the breakfast was not what we are typically used to and we only ate the free breakfast one of four mornings.

Breakfast was great not alot of room if everyone wants it at the same time. Reception was lovely and so helpful going the extra mile to help out.

Great location, clean rooms will be back

The breakfast is strange, portion controlled in a small room with most of the food behind glass.Tiny little glass of orange juice , felt like Fawlty Towers meal room.We only tried once then chose to buy breakfast elsewhere

Breakfast did not cater to our vegetarian needs. There was no ability to meet our requirements at short notice as the staff did not have any reserve ingredients to prepare vegetarian food on the first day. The lack of a proper kitchen could attribute to this.

Fire alarm went off Out of all the people staying there we were the only ones that used the stairs We were on the 10th floor Others used the lifts

Good central location however there is no car parking nor any room service. Not an issue if you don’t drive and feel like a beer upon unpacking. It’s a nice enough decor but given the heritage of the building it could have a lot more atmosphere, kind of like a fancy council building more than a heritage listed hotel.

I don’t believe the fire alarms have been checked. We had 2 nights in a row of evacuation due to false alarm

The room was fantastic, the breakfast was great, so much to choose from and loved the way the staff served you the food.

I would have like fresh air in the room, couldn’t open the windows. air con was noisy.

Comfortable room and bed. Location was great.

No exhaust fan in bathroom, breakfast was ok only.
