Great location, clean room, Reno’s happening but nothing that bothered our stay

The parking was first in best dressed tried calling ahead to check but no answer from reception so got really stuffed around there.

Great location, comfortable bed friendly stuff.

Construction, heavy smell of bleach.

The bed was really hard. Only other negative was the construction, but I did know about that when I booked it, so that doesn't really affect my rating

Dirty. Couldn't park my car there .renovation going on at 6:30 am in the room next door . Had to find a different car park as this was full and cost $80 for the 2 nights

Property is under construction, workers working in the room next door at 6am.

The staff were absolutely fantastic so friendly and helpful. Nothing was any trouble.I had an injury after a bad fall on George Street and I was so well looked after by the lovely young lady at the check in desk.

Location was excellent. Room size is good.

Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Beds and pillows need upgrading. Especially the pillows are terrible. Rooms are drab.

Excellent customer service by experienced staff. Generous hot breakfast and other options. All milk options available.

The room wasn't ready when we checked in at 2pm. But the wait wasn't long. There was no complimentary bottles of water, or a water jug available, nor a freezer gor cooler bricks.

Courteous efficient helpful staff

Everything above the flash foyer needs a serious make over. Worn out hallway carpets, room doors boarder up with sheets of ply wood remind me of third rate Hong Kong hotels in 1974. Must y smells in corrodors froim above.

The location is fabulous. 2nd time I have stayed there and will definitely stay again. Renovations have been going on for a while which is a bit of a pain. Being an older hotel, the rooms are quite spacious. The bed was very comfy. Best value breakfast in town. Only had the continental but where else can you get coffee & toast for $10? Other people had the full breakfast for $18 and it looked great.

For the price, its very good. Ongoing renovations are a bit of a pain.

The fact that after staying there for a few days I went out for the day and my parking spot was assigned to someone else and I was told that I had to park elsewhere. I has a motorbike which would have fitted anywhere but I had to go park it in the paid parking which cost a small fortune for one nights parking.

Close to casino & mall

Car parking, renovation issues, aircon not adjusting

I think maybe cause of construction maybe add free breakfast as hard to sleep

I told staff need car park so I was asked to give vehicle number. My vehicle was there then I was told have to pay for parking.
