Room and bathroom very clean. Staff helpful, but didnt set my expectations of lugging luggage down stairs when im half asleep at 4am to catch a plane. Also the lift door was banging every time it opened all night. My room 220 backed onto the lift.
I had a street front room. Very noisy in the day. Someone telling obscenities outside at 4am, which was intimidating when catching an uber. Lift doesnt work overnight so you have to carry your bags down flights of stairs. I was on floor 2.
