Where do i start. The place was absolutely worse than filthy. Just opened up the door and saw a filthy floor that hadn't been vacuumed and mopped who knows when. Clumps of dust around. Dirty fridge inside and out.Dishwasher and inside microwave filthy. Dryer 1cm of dust all over it. Washing machine was yuk
We find this is a great location for any activity at the entrainment centre and close to the shopping centre the rooms are spacious and sit up for families
If I had to pick anything it would be the parking is first in first served

Small room. Two balconies were larger than the room, but we're dirty & unusable.Asked daily for a light weight blanket, but took two days to get one. No table or chairs inside to eat at.Not an apartment, better described as a very small hotel room.

Location was great. Bus services 100m away to all destinations. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast included was a bonus (basic, but very good) We had a 3bedroom apartment which was very comfortable accommodating 6 adults with plenty of room, they rearranged bedding to suit us which was very much appreciated. Will definitely be back!
Nice property, right near the shops and transport to Suncorp Stadium. Breakfast provided was an unexpected bonus.

The property has a firm 2pm check-in time, which means don't even trying to check-in at even 1:55pm.What's worse is, they have a Ferrari parked in the lobby/ waiting area instead of couches, tables and/ or chairs for guests to sit at, whilst they are made to wait for their rooms, and there's only one small 2-seater couch available.After getting off a flight at 10am with two young children, and into the room at 2:50pm, it wasn't bad after that.

Came back from the event that I was attending in Brisbane. My room card was not letting me in. Took almost 2hrs for someone to come out and let me back into my room. Last thing I wanted to be doing at 10pm at night
Accomodation was ok aircon stopped working. Upon examination myself I cleaned the front screens and discovered the filters were choked in black mould clearly they hadn't been cleaned or changed for a very long time. Big Health factor.
Great location .
It was dirty. Needs a deep clean. Crumbs and clothing tags were on the couch when we went in. The floors were sticky. Shower head leaked. Bathroom lights were dim and exhaust fan didn’t work.
