The food was good, having a motel attached to the pub is very convenient

Long walk from motel into the hotel

Bathroom seemed clean. There was a good assortment of complimentary snacks.

I asked for a double bed room, and I was supplied with a twin room with two singles. I was unable to move to another room as there were no alternatives. I ended up pushing the two beds together, and found the areas beneath the beds looked to have not been cleaned in a very long time.

Loved the alfresco dining area & the meals were good value & delicious ?

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The meals were well priced and delicious. The Beer was cold ??

Nothing really, maybe a few spiderwebs in the high roof in the bathroom. Didn’t affect our stay at all.

Room looked to have been upgraded untill you looked around. Paint peeling from above the tiling and looked very old. Door handle to bathroom about to fall off and toilet roll holder too. Not to mention the graffiti on the wall.

Room seemed to be upgraded untill you looked a alot deeper... door handle to bathroom and toilet very loose in door and wall toilet roll holder also very loose in wall. Were given "breakfast" was cerial and only given 2 200 ml milks and only 1 bowl for 2 people. Coffee was only enough for a couple of days and as I said not much milk. Room never serviced over 3 nights. Tried to do our best to support the hotel/motel but service was rubbish. Extremely rude from both the drive thru and dinner meals sitting for up to 10 minutes before being served as too busy having a chat between employees. Never went the third night.

All the staff are friendly Good rooms and facilities.

Little over priced on booking.com cheaper at the hotel.

Shower fixtures need updating,I got a mild slap from one of the electric outlet.Paper sign on power point advising not to use.Power points not located in usable positions.Electrician corrected problem the next day.I got a mild slap on the opposite side of the room from the paper hand written warning.

Location was good

- firstly the staff were clearly unhappy to be pulled away from there snap chat on there phones or something Then I was given a room that had not been cleaned bed has been slept in coffee cups still there That’s alright that was fixed up which they did apologise for .. no welcome no WiFi password would never return

There was nothing to like about this disgusting room.

Room was absolutely filthy. Bed was a disgrace. The sheets and pillow cases hadn't been changed. There was blood and dirt on them and the mattress cover. The mattress was filthy. The microwave was filthy. The shower curtain had mould on it. There was cardboard under the fridge. It must leak and it looked like there was mould on the carpet. Absolutely disgraceful to pay $156.00 for a room in this state. I went andgot the night manager to come and have a look. She was horrified with what she saw. She got us some clean sheets and pillow cases. The room had bugs flying around. Worst place I have ever stayed!. I would like a refund from the hotel.

Size of the room was well utilised.

Room needs a bit of a paint job and having to fill the kettle via the shower.

Friendly, helpful staff. Basic room but clean and comfortable.

Would have liked a couple more breakfast bowls to cover two days.

Bad location, not really clean, many bugs, destroyed furniture (wardrobe broken, mirror totally scratched,...), strange people around (alcoholics and druggies)

Close to work

The most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on. I have slept on more comfortable camping beds. The mattress was so thin. The photos on bookings.com were not realistic of the room.

the car park was well lit up.

people arguing outside at 130am, no outside seating, no openable windows, no steam vent in the bathroom yet tell you about fine if the alarm goes off, paint peeling above the shower, took a long time for hot water to kick in, no dedicated area for check-in, had to wait for bar staff then she walked away and served customers at the bar. no smoking in the room but also no smoking area for those that smoked. no extra blankets, no coat hangers in the cupboard. room service was in takeaway containers, the gentleman didn't even know where he was going hubby asked him if it was our order. outside light to protect the car park shone into the room all night.

Easy to find

Cockroaches both alive and dead.Filthy glass in bathroom with toothpaste marks from previous guest.No blankets and only one pillow.Cigarette smoke smell.

i liked the location of it, close to family

i didn’t like how it wasn’t clean, bugs in the room, toilet had wet floor when i first arrived, toilet mirror had dried streaks, the toilet bowl itself wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a broken acrylic nail laying there (was not mine), had a funky smell
