The toilet cistern was damaged when we arrived, but we didn't report it until the next day and management then accused us of causing the damage. The room was not well prepared - a used towel left in the bedroom and cigarette butts on the balcony.

The price, exceptional especially with secured parking included.

I loved the location, close to the Road st Parklands with all the lizards! The reason I chose the place. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was great and the lounge room was great and roomy. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom had a funny smell, and there were packages of gardening materials all sealed, thankfully but they were our in the back balcony area.

The rooms were cosy roomy and warm

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It is in a peaceful location, but at the same time close to the city centre. It is very close to beautiful Roma Street Park (which has two cafes) and beside the park is Roma Street Railway Station where we caught the train to our next destination.

Kitcken had everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable, Great shower.

Under rim of toilet very dirty. Lounge could have had a clean. Table outside needs a clean.

Secure parking was excellent. Very spacious. Good facilities for cooking, thereby saving costs on meals which makes it good value for money. It had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was well insulated, I only turned on the heating once in 3 days

Close to city, parking a bonus.

No electric jug, replaced by staff.Arms on lounge badly damaged and needs replacing. No usable internet as advertised.

Great location, easy walking to city and nearby facilities, quiet location, and decent size apartment.

Room cleanliness was substandard and whilst manageable it would definitely be better and more enjoyable experience if cleaned well and had a decent vacuum done.

The 2 bedroom apartment was basically not clean and filthy. Wet washing was in washing machine and items in dryer, vacuum cleaner was full so could not use it. Kitchen bench dirty, toilet dirty, floors dirty. Not enough condiments. Asked for another apartment.

There bird poo all over the balcony 3 balcony but no chairs on other 2 for you to set

Good value for money and clean but needs done tlc regarding the furnishings. Carpets, blinds & curtains all “grubby”!! Free bus service into city was useful as it was quite a walk.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown and close to public transport. The room was spacious and average clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Since the room was in the ground floor, one of the balcony opened to the cross street and other balcony opened to the walk way. I stayed in the room without any windows open. The room needs some upkeep. Toilet seat was broken.

The bathrooms were very outdated and the bathroom blinds was dirty.
