Men's and women's separate Sauna and steam room, pool, super comfy beds and pillows, excellent room service, coffee machine, fast lifts, excellent service from all staff, very clean room.

The smell in the foyer, what is that? Its so strong. I'd seen other reviews mentioning it and thought maybe it's not that bad but it's a very weird smell. Our bedroom view was terrible lol, it was literally the wall of the neighbouring building, but for the price we got it's to be expected.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for getting around. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel’s amenities made the stay easy and enjoyable.

The continuous noise from inside the building was quite disturbing.

It was amazing. I wasn't feeling very well when I arrived and I had asked to check-in early. Rebekah at the front desk was able to accommodate me and upgrade my room so that was really nice. They had a sauna, a steam room, a pool, gym and FREE laundry facilities (even laundry detergent!) The rooms were very big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had to stay one more night because I got really really sick and couldn't travel, and Yuni(? Yuna?) from the front desk was able to help me extend one more night and also was able to keep the same room. Location was also very central. Overall, I had an amazing stay, even though I wasn't able to explore that much. But when I do come back, I will definitely stay here again.

I think there was a miscommunication when I extended one more night so when I was taking a shower, housekeeping entered my room to clean (even if I had do not disturb). Also one of the front desk people knocked on the door at 1pm asking if I was going to check-out, and had to explain to him that I paid for an extension. Otherwise, these didn't bother me.

Great location. Inner city. Close to uni, botanic garden, restaurants, etc.

Mediocre interior design

Comfortable beds, great facilities, self catering was easy.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and spacious.

The bathroom smelt of sewerage, it appeared clean but there was a bad smell coming from the toilet.More places to hang towels and robes in the bathroom.Having the tea and coffee stocked, I had to go to reception to ask for tea and coffee.Only 1 mug for tea.The upper floor where we were staying seemed like an overflow floor? Cleaning items like a vacuum cleaner and trolley had been left in the middle of the passage way late in the afternoon. Noise from neighbouring rooms was loud.

The toilet was not fixed to the floor, the toilet seat was not installed properly on the toilet, there was a power point which came out of the wall, light switches were installed upside down, the dial to operate the air-conditioning did not work, there was mould in the seals around the shower door and the reception area smelt strongly of mould.

A really comfortable room- spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for 2 nights in the city. Great location a short stroll from Queens Mall

I would have liked windows that open and / or a balcony!

The bathroom basin was very slow to drain & the room smelt like sewage on entering it each time. I told Reception on checkout.

The bed and quilt was so comfortable, I slept very well here. The control button for the blinds were super cool - I’ve never seen a hotel room have this feature!

The view was a little disappointing. Half the “window” was a wall and what I could see was a construction site so that was a little disappointing. I had already paid the room amount and on arrival was required to pay the bond which I’m yet to receive, the staff member was slightly hard to understand.
