Good location, clean,

No tea or coffee in our room

Location was great and the staff was friendly.

We rented a 3BR apartment for the Christmas holiday. Property is dated and shows lots of wear. Floor tiles are badly worn. Kitchen was not well supplied, missing several essentials like a coffee pot, mixing bowl, hot pads, etc. Internet was inoperable. We were told to try to login to another suite, but that signal was so weak it kept knocking us off and we couldn’t get a reliable connection. Staff said they couldn’t get the IT repaired since it was Christmas holiday week. We had to insist they find someone and finally got the router repaired on the fifth day of a seven day stay. Can’t really recommend this property.

I liked the size of the 2 bedroom deluxe cabin. It was clean and comfortable.

Fans in the bedrooms maybe a good addition and top sheets on the bunk beds too.

Staff were efficient. Large apartment.

All large floor to ceiling windows were surrounded by other accom towers and with only a roller blind at each window there was no privacy if you wanted to open the blinds for sunlight. Also major rail station works, as a new train station is being built, one door up. Apparently this work has approval from QLD govt to work 24hrs a day on weekdays, so noisy at night Mon- Fri. I asked some of the construction workers and they say this work will continue for at least another year (so Aug 2026?) Was noisy even on the 20th Floor

Location and room - 2x bedroom, 2x bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a small balcony

The cleaning is quite poor - there were items left from the last guests like cigarettes and ear buds under the couch, the coffee mugs were stained dirty like they were only rinsed from the last use, and the housekeeping did not come until we called and we were told they would come clean that day. We were there for 7 days but had housekeeping service the room only once.

We had no tv and wifi wasn’t working. Phone also didn’t work to call reception. Offered another room but configuration was different and to be honest we couldn’t be bothered with the upheaval of packing up when we were leaving the following morning.

We should of been offerered a part refund

Location , wonderful staff ( Joshua), clean and comfortable. Parking on site.

Would prefer bigger beds! ( king) and a coffee plunger !

Good location and easy parking

The ducted air conditioning was 'out of order'. There was a split system in the main living room but nothing in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were very warm. There is currently a 24-7 construction site next door so if you open the doors to let air in it is very noisy.The main bathroom shower did not drain. It basically flooded the bathroom.Not what you want for $600 a night.

It was a very large apartment but nothing special.

Not much of a view and the tv could have done with some attention.

Not much actually, the female receptionist on the Saturday had an approachable demeanour and easy to talk to.

Abuse from permanent tenants for trying to use public share spaces such as lifts, cinemas and front access to the building.This male is atrocious to be around if you are female. UNSAFE, management handed a card to email them in response to the abuse. Toilet wasn’t working, no one came to fix.

It is in need of an update. The carpets were dirty and wrinkled

Hair conditioner dispenser empty. Table on balcony had a strip hanging off it. I usually get an ensuite and tv in the bedroom there was neither of these. The chair at the desk was faulty would not stay up when altered. Air fryer was dirty as was the oven. The front desk was always busy and they were calling us to finish checking in, which I was not going to waste time hanging around for.

My last hotel experience was not very good to be honest, so I was hoping this one would be ok. It was such an easy trip and the hotel was so nice and good value for money. Thankyou for exceeding my expectations.

Good location

The cupboard in the kitchen that had the air conditioner equipment. It was noisy and just weird to have that in the kitchen. I won't stay there again.
