Friendly and attentive staff

I know the price was cheap but the room could look a bit more modern

Roomy and with good off-street parking with close access to hotel meals.

Vehicle access required foreknowledge of difficult road pattern.

I rang to confirm I would be there after 9 for late check in and in the midst of everything the receptionist (Pam I think) informs me that 'You know when you book through these sites the hotel loses a lot of money'. Made me feel like a crap person.

On site coin-operated washer and dryer.

Carpet smelled like dirty socks. Distinct odor of sewerage upon entering the room. Air-conditioner kept malfunctioning at night. Fire alarm system would go off after taking shower. Terrible location next to noisy street traffic all night long.

For where we needed to be. Location was perfect. The rooms were better than we expected, staff were good, check in was easy. We will stay there again for sure

Quiet, well presented, and a good location close to where I need to be. I've stayed here a few times now and each time has been a pleasant stay.

Access to motel is unusual to say the least and traffic is an absolute nightmare, pretty much normal for Brisbane and no reflection on the motel at all.

The room and bathroom were clean, the airconditioner worked and not too noisy. Tea, coffee, milk etc all provided. Good for an overnight stay.

The location was next to an overpass and truck route. Across the road from a pub. Its probably normally better (it was grand final night) - but quite a few of the guests that night were rowdy until 2am, and some were still drinking out in gardens at 8am in the morning. As a single female traveller - it wasn't great.

No drinking water complimentary or breakfast or meals on premises far from hotels

Our stay would have been ok if the room was properly cleaned. Stains on duvet, mattress, carpet and walls (blood, food, I don't even know what). The bathroom was pretty clean. The mattress topper which moves around is also extremely soft, you kind of sink in. Nice to have a coffee in the morning and leave. Would not stay again, ew.

This is a very well priced motel and it was better than expected. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pod coffee and machine was a pleasant surprise. Claire in the office is lovely.

Easy access

On arrival the first room they gave us was not clean at all, with dirty linen/towels and a bed that had been slept in.

The stay was just average probably wouldn't stay there again

The location was a bit hard to get into if you're following a gps. We arrived at the time we arranged and the room wasn't ready

Not clean; room not serviced during stay; fridge broke; internet didn't work after connected; bathroom not clean and items rusty or broken; bed mattress stained and sheets didn't not fit bed.

Bathroom room wasnt very clean and need shower certain/door replaced so water doesn't go on floor

The bed was comfortable.

Upon entering the building, it smelled like cigarette which was off putting. As it was a late check in travelling from Mackay we were unable to connect to the accommodations wifi network. Most places provide these details in the room?

Good parking and easy access.

The location meant it was hard to get to if you didn’t know where you were going.

Nice staff

Only issue was the long term housing people up all night outside and smoking outside the room. One came inside at midnight and was yelling and banging on their door which woke my 2 kids up and myself. Got zero sleep
