The light switches Was confusing had to put bathroom light at side of bed plus big sliding door for privacy no proper handle we had yo pull it out to shut it closed

Would had liked to have bottled water in our room. Not enought coffee and tea making facilities

Excellent location

Housekeeping did not make up the bed or clean the room. We had to call to get someone to clean up properly. Breakfast was very average.

The facilities were good and staff.

Very outdated rooms. And initially provided an ambulant bathroom.

Pool was great. Location was good

Room wasn’t very clean, milk was half used and opened, had to ask three times before our room was cleaned on the second day. Found out on check in that we would have no hot water all day, reception didn’t really care and said we could shower down in the gym. Still charged us full price for the room Staff were really unhelpful, had to ask for things multiple times before anything was done, they forgot coffee at breakfast, had to go and chase it, they forgot drinks with our pool order, again had to go and chase them. Wanted food at the bar in the evening, staff member went and got a QR code for us, but it was in room service and not much help when we were sitting at the barWent to the pool in the afternoon. Every table had dirty dishes and half eaten food left on the tables. Suddenly they turned on the music in the pool area that was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation without shouting over the top of itBar staff weren’t very knowledgeable, had to talk them through how to make the most simple of drinksStaff need far more training in customer service, cleaning and communication.

Location and quiet rooms despite being in the middle of the CBD

Excellent central location, walk out the door straight into the shopping, eating area and very close to ferry transport. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities in room. We enjoyed the pool area in the afternoon after walking around the city!

Check in lady was a bit awkward and made it a little uncomfortable. The room was lovely but was a little strange that the bathroom wall was a sliding door that wasn't fully sealed! Wish there were more sun loungers around pool. But still a very enjoyable stay.

Modern clean rooms in a nice hotel.Roof terrace. Reception staff very helpful however over the phone they are very very slow. Room in the lobby to work.

Pool was small and average and cold. One day the room cleaning was terrible, dirty towels and bath mat put in my room, bed not made. So bad i had to tell reception and show pictures.The location.

The staff were very kind, especially Terrance at the front desk he upgraded my room as asked. Which I paid for, I included breakfast, too the next day because of this for two, The staff were lovely. Breakfast was perfect 10/10 location. Bed so very clean and comfortable 10/10. Very lovely service and facilities beautiful rooftop pool. I will certainly be returning to this hotel when my next in Brisbane thank you very much.

Our shower didn’t have changeable head- so water came out hard. This wasn’t too bad.. but perhaps the shower heads need to be changed?! Also it leaked with sealable door closed!

We booked 2 double rooms. Nice, clean and tidy as expected. The hotel has a very good central location near to shops, bars etc but was also quiet and we slept very well.We didn't eat at the hotel, but did enjoy the rooftop bar and pool.

Room was comfortable and access to the heated infinity pool and areas around pool were great.The view of the city from the infinity pool was an enjoyable highlight too.

Great location especially the concierge area as the hotel is on a pedestrian area. This area was brilliant for arrivals and departures and also a quick way to the main thoroughfares

The requests I made over 2 weeks earlier were not even read, and if they had been, someone should have rang me and told me that they could not fulfill my requests, i.e., river view, spare bed in the room

Hyatt is generally a nice hotel, roof top pool, bar ect, good food, clean.

Thought it was a ridiculous price for the room, didn’t even have a balcony, that was the main let down close to $600 for a room with no balcony. Not even any sort of view from the window, just bummy buildings on the lowest floor

Fabulous outdoor, rooftop pool which was heated

We had an issue with the shower screen which was rusted and coming off its hinges.
