reception staff were very nice and friendly, great location

Room was filthy, well below the standard expected. For example between the sofas had not been sweep/vacuumed for a very long time. Room was in a poor state of repair, globes missing on lamp, taps in vanity broken, shower broken

Location, price and the room-types suited our needs

The rooms were not very clean, bathroom walls were filthy, the sheets in one of our booked rooms (studio - one bedroom) had to be washed and the general cleanliness was not good

The beds were very comfortable. Pool area and spa was great. The place was very quiet considering the location. Easy walk from South Bank train station.

Spacious room with separate kitchen and living area. Central location close to everything.

Hard place to locate, being on a one-way street. The air conditioner leaked. Parking not directly connected to the apartments builidng.

The mattresses very saggy & cheap. Bad on our backs.The bed was very low on a very flimsy frame. only 3 pillows per bed which were too low. We have to use the lounge cushions instead to get a medium height (and using 2 low pillows would have been too high) Cutlery and crockery a mismatch of all sorted cheap bits.Not hand towels. When asked for more, only flannels provided.

Allegro was in a great location - short walk to Southbank, my conference location and West End. The apartment felt spacious and had everything I needed. High quality appliances.

Great location close to the railway station where we needed to be.

The property wasn't as clean as it could have been. Dust bunnies in wardrobes. A piece of wooden dowel hanging in the wardrobe. Mismatched toiletries. I would not have been surprised to open a drawer and find something the owner left behind. Nothing terribly bad, but just not as good as other properties I have stayed in.

The apartments are in a great position close walking distance to Southbank. With easy access secure parking. The apartment and building were well maintained with everything we needed for our stay.

Good location, very good appliances. Need extra bed cover or blankets in cupboard.

This was the first time we have stayed at Allegro Apartments and we didn't know that the staff were not there in the weekend. We arrived Thursday night and left Monday morning, each of us had to used our same towel throughout our stay. It would have been nice if we had a change of towels.

Convenient location, apartment fitted with everything you might needs for a multi-night stay. Very responsive owner.

Bed was a little too hard for me but probably comfortable for most people.

Location and they let us in early.

This apartment would have been perfect to rent for a long stay with young kids. For a professional couple the beds were small, we got one pillow each, the sofa was old and rumpty. There was someones old toothbrush. We never talked to anyone, nothing about facilties etc. It needed renovating. Not the worth the $$ and definitely won't stay again.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom was leaking. Since it was quite late in the afternoon and no maintence guy was available, the quick fix was to put a bucket under the air conditioner.We also found ants around the kichen area.However, everthing else was all good. The staff was friendly & helpful.

The room was well-maintained and stocked with toiletries and beverages as well as kitchen appliances and crockery. It was cozy and inviting and safe.

Location was great! We were only in Brisbane for a couple days, and really enjoyed walking around the South Bank area, and into the city. Communication was excellent (via text messages and email).

The shower was a bit 'get what you pay for', and the bed wasn't the most comfortable - being a Murphy Bed (I think). The towels also left a bit of white fluff everywhere...

Very central to where we wanted to be. We walked everywhere (Southbank, city etc). Unit was clean, and it was good to be able to wash and dry clothes.

The unit did not block sound well and do we heard noise from outside and fro within the unit block.No hand towel was provided and only one washer between 2 people. We were worried we would run out of toot paper (but we didn't).

Location, room space, facilities

Plenty of space and the balcony was a bonus. Was clean, if maybe a little sparce. Was clearly just furnished - I removed some price tags from mugs - but mostly had what we needed.

There were no wine glasses. Minimal plates and silverware. Not really a full kitchen - just enough for a takeaway meal. Amenities were a bit sparce (only 4 coffee pods for whole stay).

Room was clean and tidy with decent balcony, coffee making, washing machine etc.

There was a lot of corridor noise, doors slamming etc.

Lack of kitchen bits and pieces

Great location and the apartment was very comfortable.
