Staff was friendly and apologetic re: booking error. Location was good.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and wound up with a one-bedroom. (Was attributed to Booking.com over-booking error) The error was not communicated in advance - even though we received a call that morning to confirm our arrival time. The roll-away bed that was brought in to the living room was uncomfortable for an adult and crowded the living space.

Brilliant location. 5 mins on a bus into the city nice quiet locations but with few local shops etc across the road

Handy location and reasonable stay.

The bathroom is old and needs cleaning and renovation. It was a bit dusty and the mattresses were not very comfortable.

the space and layout, the desk area was great, proximity to everything needed was excellent, would have booked longer if available.

difficulty finding locked box in garage area around the other side of the building from frontage with luggage etc. Photo would have been helpful.

The location was good

Didn’t bother to tell us that the pool & spa were out of order, that’s the only reason we booked this place. Rooms were not very nice, bathrooms, walls etc were dirty.

The apartment was as described in layout

Cleanliness was awful. Trip to the bathroom at night revealed very large cockaroaches everywhere there was a drain. Opened the kitchen cupboard to make cuppa to find it also full of cockaroaches. There was some kind of dirty dust and chunks that continued to come out somewhere, waking to find it on pillows and bedding.

We like the location as it is near our family and the close proximity to bus stops and shops.

It was a pity that the pool was not open as currently under repair

A convenient place to stay and well positioned near food outlets and hospitals. The suite has everything needed to be comfortable, including access to parking and staff willing to help during my stay.

The TV had an issue with the screen, but once reported, staff were very happy to assist.

We were given a room that didn't accommodate all our group Airconditioning was noisy and barely adequate Carpet was very stained Shower leaked

Had a balcony, washing machine and dryer. The sofa was comfortable Great location - close to city and cafe areas and good for bus, train and ferry.

A little noisy (being near main road). TV didn't have ABS or SBS (but had many other channels). Not particularly environmentally friendly shampoo containers etc..

Comfortable and spacious unit. Good location. Onsite parking great.

When a property leads its advertising with a rooftop plunge pool and hot tub( first image on website), it would be nice to know prior to booking/ arrival that it is not operating. I had even bought a swimsuit on my way to stay. Perhaps the price of accommodation should be discounted to reflect loss of facilities.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, very clean. Very comfortable beds. Great location with restuarants groceries just across the road.

Shower - not the best stream from the shower head but good pressure

It was close to shops across the road. Bus stop put the front.Was close to where I needed to be.The unit was clean,had everything you need.

The location was great, close to supermarket and restaurants. Convenient with the bus stop out the front and secure parking underneath the building.

The pool was out of use and was not advertised at any point that it would not be available, when questioned was told it hasn’t worked for weeks prior. The apartment was smelly, worn, mismatched, worn, stained and tired furniture. stained carpet and chipped and stained walls. Mould in the bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans needed a good deep clean. The whole apartment needs a repaint and refresh. None of the furniture matched and appeared the quality of a uni share house that was picked up in a yard sale.Both aircons in the apartment stopped working everyday and hard to be reset at the power point outside to get working again. The clothes horse was held together with sticky tape.

The location is great. The building and room are quite lovely. Awesome large balcony. Internal rooms are starting to look a little tired, with bumps scuffs and stains, but still quite lovely and rooms have everything you need. We were very disappointed that the spa and pool were out of order/closed for renovations, and we were not advised during booking or check in. Booking.com still advised the pool and spa being available

The beep in the room every minute, and noisy lounge room air con.

Layout was good

One air conditioner was broken and had been for sometime and thus I felt I should have been advised prior.

Location

Didn't get the room that we booked, due to water damage. I then had to sleep in a single bed. I'm 185cm tall, the bed was way too small for me.

Never again

The property was crawling with cockroaches. Coming out of the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink. Air con was noisier than a train station and the room was severely undermaintained.
