The parking was good and location excellent

They can improve their rooms, investing in amenities and even on things you expected to be clean like the floor. Everything was old and disgusting was not as the picture they have on the ads.

There was mold throughout the bathroom (shower, basin, taps), the towels were wet when I arrived (and left on the bed), and I was woken at 4.30am by a man banging on doors saying he'd locked himself out of his room (he did it for 2 hours).

The manager was super nice and helpful

Small bugs i our room. There is very loud in the room and sometimes we could smell smoke The room is not very pretty or up to date, but it¿s all right and you have a fridge and cutlery. The common kitchen is somewhat useless but there was a microwave

Has changed a lot since the photos online. It was extremely!!! Dirty, old and bed was real bad. It was very noisy with guests coming and going sll through the night. This was the worst keot accommodation I've stayed at. Would NOT recommend to people.

Location is good (although the immediate neighbourhood is untidy with lots of uncollected rubbish littering the streets). Staff were helpful with a late check-in.

On arrival an overwhelming mould odour made the first night almost impossible. I left the air conditioner running and the air improved. The room. is badly in need of maintenance - paint, walls and fittings etc. Even at the price, the rating is poor.

This is the most filthy, run-down accommodation in all of Brisbane. Room was extremely unclean, with cockroaches everywhere and a filthy floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Worst of all, the room, bedsheets and pillows all absolutely stunk of smoke.

You get what you par for - very handy to Fortitude Valley and City for night life and restaurants Room was clean but could do with an overall freshen up eg: new paint job - new tiles in bathroom - new doona - new carpet or at least steam cleaned

The whole place i did not like ot had cockroaches in the rooms the bed had hair all in it there was no hot water for the shower and it wasnt very clean at all

The bed was lumpy and could feel the springs in the mattress, there was one pocking out the side of the mattress by 5 cm.It was noisy with a man walking loudly past door often and people talking and this was from 11.45pm until 5.30 am. At about 4 am there was a scream and then police and more loud taking for 40 minutes.We are not sure if the bottom floor in B is more a drug house or for clients coming and going. The fridge was dirty and smelly.The t.v. would have been good if there was a remote for it so could be used.

It’s not clean when you first walk up to the door so we only stay for one night

paid for 3 night stay left after one,they agreed to refund one night charge but not received yet

It was shabby, dirty in need of painting and maintenance repairs.

Woke up with dirty band-aid with blood on it descusting no pictures on ad is of the ? I stayed out kitchen area full of cockroach poo filthy would love my money back also aircon didn't work nothing good about my stay

The bathroom in the room is dirty tea towel in the light fitting which can cause a fire blind missing in the bedrooms sunshine in a first thing of the morning

Everything. The pictures were deceiving. It looked nothing like advertised. It smelled the shower and toilets were gross and mouldy. There were cockroaches running around. The bed was dirty and hard. My partner and I slept in our clothes on top of the blankets. The air-conditioning was faulty. The fridge had mould in it. There were suspicious people coming in and out there was no security as the main doors were open all the time. We had fights break out outside our bedroom door and the front desk person didn't care and was rude. Would rather sleep on the bench outside than here again

Had cockroaches crawling over me during the night

Cockroaches everywhere, hundreds of them all over the bathroom and in the bed. The walls are coming apart and have holes all through the room and bathroom as well as mould and can hear every person in the other bedrooms like they’re in your room and aircon makes crazy noises nonstop.
