My toilet flush button got stuck and ran water for an extended period until I unjammed the button.

Well located near the Gabba. Modern and clean facilities. Courteous and helpful staff. Correspondences promptly responded to. Late checking in catered for. Eateries on site and in vicinity.

Would like softer pillows..maybe offer guests pillow menu

Great location & the room was great. Much bigger than I expected which was great with our 2 kids.

Parking was a bit small, made it difficult to get in/out of our car & get our bags.

The staff (Richard) gave exceptional service. He was very friendly & super helpful. A real staff asset. The room was very spacious, the amenities were clean and they gave you a packet of chips on room arrival. Was very close to restaurants, cinema & shopping centre. Thoroughly recommend it.

The surcharge for a major event when I got there for not paying in advance.

The front desk manager on the day of check in was wonderful. She was polite, professional and very helpful. She dealt with our issues in a very timely manner

Sadly the air conditioner filters were very dirty, i cleaned them and notified staff. The shower outlet was not able to cope with the water and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. I rang front desk and a room change was made within 10 minutes

the 2 bedrooms we had were nice and spacious

some things could be cleaned a little better, down the couch cushions, the dust from the glass cooking containers and saucepan lids.

The rooms were very generous in size, and in a very convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. Great stay, will stay there again when in Brisbane.

The only thing at all negative was that the parking bays if you park on site were very small. Great size for small cars, but if you have a larger car, you would struggle to fit on the spots.

Apartment was clean and spacious.

My level 1 balcony was very small.

The location was great and room was comfortable.

The extra $20 per day for parking was not clearly stated on the site. We were disappointed to be charged extra when the indication was that it was included.

I like the rooms spacious enough and good people working , love the staff even the cleaners and room service guys they speaks really well

I didn’t like the bed sheets and the quilt because i received the quit with burn marks and blood on it

We were very fortunate to check in early, extra fee added. Since checking in early, we needed maintenance to assist us on 2 occasions, broken beer bottles and cigarette butts in our door seating area, then removal of 2 wasp nests. Maintenance were prompt in the first instance, but for the removal of the wasp nests required 2 phone calls to reception, one visit to reception and then assistance with housekeeping to contact maintenance. So really we only checked in half an hour early, and were relocated to another room due to the displaced wasps buzzing around.

Location, clean, easy parking. Great shops nearby.

Clean, comfortable in central location. Parking right and shops down stairs were messy. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
