Location was excellent.

Dishwasher was not working. Stains on carpet. Could not open balcony door from bedroom.

The location was defiantly the best thing about it

The room could do with an upgrade Carpet was a real mess.

No bottle opener in room and unsure what the pool towel situation was. (We also didn't ask anyone about this to remedy).

The location

The kitchen had no bowls, strainers...made cooking in.the room tough....maybe add on salt and pepper otherwise it's all good...I cooked most times during my stay.

Good central location. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Tired and smelt. Old furniture, The foyers smell like garbage. There is no way this is a 4-star hotel.

No parking available, the room was really small, staff were nice but didn't go out of their way to help. Bare minimum supplies stocked

Room was neat and tidy, not fancy but exactly as advertised. Excellent location and facilities, and the staff were lovely.

I had requested an upgrade but did not get it, the staff said it was a problem with bookings.com not communicating that. This meant I did not get the bedding layout required. The floors were badly stained as was the sofa which made it feel dirty. The access to the shower was on a raised bathtub which was dangerous. I slipped getting out injuring my back. There was 24\7 construction outside on Mary street for our whole stay, this should have been communicated prior to booking and I would have changed hotels.

Did not like the fact that they had someone stay there with measles and didn’t let anybody know about it on the app or website. Room was filthy and stained carpet

Great location. The room was very spacious - better than what we expected. Had a massive bath tub, king bed, views and a washer/dryer. We knew the cross river rail project would have some extra noise, as per the warning the hotel provided, but it did seem to go on all through the night rather than stopping at the time they advised. We were hoping to secure parking for some of our stay and again, were warned that it wasn’t guaranteed only to be told later that the particular room we were in definitely had a car park assigned to it. They also shut off 3/4 lifts around peak check out time which made it difficult to access rooms if you forgot something. I was told someone had been waiting over 10mins for a lift.

I was initially impressed with the exterior and inside the Lobby. The location was convenient and perfect for our needs. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the 'Family Apartment' didn't meet my expectations. The room was so dirty, with scuff marks on the walls and a filthy carpet that made me hesitate to even let my toddler get down on the floor. The overall cleanliness was subpar.Additionally, there was loud construction noise outside our window all night. While this wasn't the hotel's fault, it's worth considering if you're looking for a peaceful stay.

The location and size of room

Very hard to get into, I drove into car park driveway as there was no where else I could go to be able to leave my car and check in. I noticed i was required to check in before entering car park and saw there was a spot to park for a few minutes in the driveway. However when I tried to back into it there was a truck entering. Anyways got into parking eventually Parking was a rip off and you are required to move your car as soon as you checkout. So not even a 24 hour parking for $35. The room was old and worn down considering the price of $310 per night, the ceiling in the bathroom was dodgy and you could actually lift it up! The room was also supposed to have a single bed and one large bed however there was only one large bed other than that it was an ok stay

AVOID

They advertise hotel rooms and it is nothing like the photo. Old furniture holes in the wall dirty old carpet just horrible. Avoid

Really bad for an Accor hotel The worst experienced Old tired .. much broken or just nearly together not worth the money at all. Pool area sketchy and half construction site
