Mantra on Queen Brisbane

Even though I booked a cheap room it was much better than expected . Loved location ,room on 21st floor view and atmosphere . Close to train link which I used , Woolworths nearby and easy access to river esplanade walks and food bars .

The rooms were well equipped & the restaurant downstairs was really nice for breakfast.

I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment & what I got was a 1 bedroom & a studio with ajoining doors. With 4 women there, we weren't all happy to have to share a bed. When you book a 2 bed apartment you would normally get a 2nd bedroom with twin beds. We paid a huge amount of money to stay there & should have been completely satisified & received what we booked.

The rooms were good & spacious & the ensuite & bathroom were good

No staff at reception for check in & gave incorrect instructions to nearest public transport & 2 expensive for location

The very polite & helpful staff. Comfy beds, huge TV in lounge rm. Good water pressure in shower, very nice. Shops just out the back, extra handy. Convenient to transport, easy to go see military tattoo.

The bed was terrible the bathroom facilities are very small and water damaged

the spa was filthy, pool was dirtyjust wanted to sit at a bar or coffee shop on our arrival and there was nothing opened. not even a biscuit in our room.

The parking was good

The balcony was tiny and I thought the room was substandard to other rooms of similar or lower cost.

No conceierge or reception phone in room, no wifi, no Netflix. No one to bring my bass to room. No restaurant open. Had to pay for parking and was unable to cancel my reservation

Room we ok but it was a pain to book as they tried to Change the room config at the last minute and wouldn't refund or return my calls (they would just reply with 'we will try and find a solution when you arrive)The manager there wouldn't return any call's, Booking.com said they would send confirmations but it never happened. I had to make over 10 phone calls to get a room in the config that was advertised (two queen beds)..Overall to much hassle for what should have been a simple room booking

Stay was comfortable

The curtains were torn reported to staff,the entry door lock is broken,the restraunt didn’t have toilets or in the foyer

Comfortable bed, great location and lovely to have a balcony. Staff lovely

Pool area smelly and water looked dirty. Some of the chairs in the apartment need updating.

We booked this last minute, it was very affordable, the bathroom is a bit small but with only 2 adults it was manageable, the air con works but it wasn't fabulous.. clean, what you see is what you get. slight view of the bridge in the room we stayed in which was nice, close to the shops etc.

Average stay.

The room had an awful smell. I was told by staff that all the room had this smell and was given a deoderiser but was then taken away when room cleaned. No apologies from staff

Good location although tricky to find the car entrance on maps.

Carpark was tight.

I was on the 29th floor and the view of the city was excellent, I could see for miles. The hotel was in an excellent position close to the concert I attended. All round brilliant experience .

Could not fault it, very economical too.
