Staff were nice and accommodating when I asked for some colouring pencils and paper for my daughter on a rainy afternoon Very comfy bed

No continental or buffet breakfast available to help yourself,, just menu based like a regular cafe.The room was damp with no airflow through the bathroom so towels wouldn't dry, no dryer available. The pool is quite old and needs repair and cleaning with lots of visible mould and calcium build up on the glass.

Decent size room, kitchenette was a great help.

The room was quite smelly and musty, I had the balcony door open for some fresh air when I was in the room.

staff were very accomodating, had an upgrade at short notice. close to everything. staff were very friendly.

difficult to find as your sign is obscured by foliage, cost of valet parking a bit high. cigarette butts on verandah unsightly and bathroom dated.

They advertise that they have parking. However, it is not on-site. The parking is located at the Convention Centre, which is not even on the same block. You can organise valet parking for $50 extra a night, which is pointless if you only need your car when you arrive and leave.

breakfast is good enough you dont need to look just right on G level of the building. room is large enough. Location is on southbank Brisbane. you can't beat that.

There was a join room door. Lol event myself tried to open. and the room next door did the same. Maybe need some stickers to put up both side so you dont feel like some one try to get In

Loved how friendly and helpful the staff was

It’s very worn and dated.. holes in walls, deep marks, tired chairs and the pool is definitely needing attention

The location was great.

We were given a room where our bedhead was against a wall with trains running directly next to it. No sleep at all. We were too tired to enjoy anything.

The staff was so super friendly and accommodating. ESP OLLIE, Max, Eva.

Hot tub was COLD.

The room was lovely, staff were extremely friendly and were quick to fix the TV as remote would not connect to TV, new remote and it was sorted, Thank you to the staff that assisted with this. appreciated. :)

Our 3rd visit here. The property is close to the entertainment centers. It can be busy on check in, but the staff do work through it quickly. The rooms are of good size, and quiet. There were no issues with cleanliness in room and bathroom. You can get a good breakfast here, but this time we did not. Southbank is basically over the road and there is plenty of entertainment and restaurants about.

At the time of our stay, there is a $50 parking fee (valet). You do have the option of using public parking stations though there are not a lot cheaper. What is worrisome though is that the encourage you touse a no standing zone out the front when you arrive (if the legal spaces are occupied). In 3 visits there has been no issues for us, bu you do wonder. This time it was mentioned that if we received a ticket, pass it on and they would reimburse it. I do not want to verify this.

Didn’t get the room that we booked. Gold Accor member and Overpriced ! Paid $1100 for 1 night and still had to pay for parking! Breakfast was included and menu selection only ( not smorgasbord like other mantra’s). Over cooked and majority inedible. Disappointed!

All of our short stay was very good. Only glitch was when booking from website parking was meant to be included, it wasn't . Staff were exceptional, friendly and included breakfast excellent.

24hr. Check in removed the stress. Patient and helpful reception team. Clean environment and cafe on site.
