Parkview Apartments

Very old,dirty rooms,need a reno 20 years ago.Pool extremly cold.

The park across the street had homeless people. We did not feel unsafe, but twice the taxi drivers made comments about it.

I was not impressed by the staff support. We did not get the room vacuumed. Also, twice trash was not collected.

Centrally located and the apartment were super clean and spacious with all the facilities

Everything was great. The room was well furnished and had all the essential items. I liked the work desk area as I had to do some things on my laptop, and having that little bit of working space helped a lot.

The floor was a little dusty and the toilet seat broke upon my first use. The balcony floor and seating area was also dusty. I was still able to use the toilet but with a little bit of inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was great!

Th location was very convenient. It was very affordable, central and had parking. The bed was very comfortable.

They were some wear and tear in the rooms/ pool with age.

The location was great, close to public transport and within easy walking distance of shopping and entertainment the room was very spacious, ample furniture without being cluttered, overall very good value for money.

The bathroom was spacious but the small gap in the 'seal' around the shower allowed the water to escape to the main drain, but it didn't drain very quickly, which meant that the floor remained very wet for a long time after the use of the shower, and needed to be soaked up with mats and towels. I did report this to the receptionist as I was checking out.

Great location 3 minutes from the conference center and river bank. Very close from city center, with a bunch of restaurants and shops around. The apartment had a kitchen, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board... everything one needs for one week stay.

Everything we were actually touching - sheets, towels, dishes - was very clean. But the extra blankets and the couch could use a wash.

Great location and bed was very comfortable.

We had no chair or table outside on our balcony.

Easy walk to Southbank, great restaurants and into Brisbane's Queen St Mall.

The apartment was very close to the convention centre for the conference I was attending while in Brisbane. Short walk to the local Coles for groceries.

Where to start. I had to put everything in the kitchen in the dishwasher when i got there. The cutlery was stained the plates were marked and the pans were greasy. The couch was covered in stains. The shower leaked so I had to leave towels on the floor to walk on. The bed was a marshmallow. The Internet so was so bad I couldn't even watch streaming services on the TV. The daily cleaning consisted of putting one fresh towel on the bed and emptying the bin. Nothing replenished etc. The unit was very tired.

Great location. Walking distance to all we needed to do, see and visit,Room was ready ahead of time which was great because we arrived early and wanted to leave our cases.

Some kitchen items missing and no lift which made it tricky with a pram. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable but main bed was good.

The location is perfect for my 4 nights stay in South Brisbane with friendly staff and affordable apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed in it. It was a short walk to the West End shopping and restaurant precinct. There was off street under cover secure car parking. The bed was comfortable and large, and the nights were quiet.

This is outside the managers realm but, currently there is heavy b-double trucks stopping at the lights every 5 minutes from 6.30am until 4pm. Fortunately the road traffic is very quiet at night for a good sleep.

Spacious clean apartment with a large comfortable bed and 2 balconies all set in a great location which was quiet and opposite a lovely park

I would have rated it 10 but it needed a little attention to detail eg. the main light in the bedroom was out and also the light in the living room, there were 2 saucepans but no lids, only 1 cereal/ sweets bowl, no teaspoons and only 1 bread and butter plate.

The overall amenities provided are very good in this apartment. Was able to find everything required within from the point of view of a family with a 6-year-old kid. The apartment was well cleaned and nicely maintained with all the required appliances were in good working condition. Beds were comfortable and nicely done with ample number of pillows, bed covers, quilts etc. Washrooms were in pretty good condition and well maintained with all the bath accessories, toiletries, hair dryer. The property is well connected with all the public transport easily accessible with lot of different types of food joints and Grocery stores easily available within the close proximity. We had a pleasant stay at this property and would definitely like to book this place again for our future visits. I would highly recommend this property to others for their stay, especially if they are looking for an accommodation in or around South bank area.

Wifi network connectivity was poor in this apartment. Definitely, it should be improved for overall good experience.
