Room was not large but very suitable for our purposes. Would be better if better bed lighting was provided to both sides of bed - one side very good.

I only stayed one night but honestly I think it was definitely good value for money, great location, clean and just a good little apartment that suited my needs. Will hopefully definitely be coming back

There were renovations on the unit, which there was chips of rubble on the floor and in the bathroom as well. No milk offered for coffee. Great location for what I needed an great price on the apartment.

Constant bad smell in the room.Unlucky timing - two maintenance events during my stay: full-day water outage and pesticide application inside units. I was notified via a paper left in my room.

Clean, comfortable and enough space for a couple. It really is an studio apartment. The room and living room had a great city view.

Location. Bus Stop to go anywhere near the hotel.

1. NOISE LEVEL - Reached on a Saturday night at 8pm, got the room 203, on the 2nd level, which is directly on top of the Shisha bar. The whole night till 4am, was filled with LOUD and SUDDEN SHOUTINGS, PPL LAUGHING, YOUNG KIDS SCREAMING VULGARITIES, SHISHA SMOKE SMELL filled my room and really inconsiderate patrons. Why can't you go home. This continued on Sunday night as well. Monday and Tuesday, the noise and sudden screaming reduced by 30%. THen came the weekdays, when one of the rooms on my level is being renovated (LIKE A FULL FLEDGE OF HAMMERING AND DRILLING. I was on my work call, when the noise will blast through the day like no one's business). If you have a choice, pray either you are on the other side of the building and on higher floors. 2. CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM - is Zero. When i entered my room, there was about 3-4 bottle caps on the floor. Toilets are mouldy, and the taps needed a knock or adjustment before they stopped leaking (needs better plumbing). Also, after 3 days, i had to clear my own rubbish. there was no housekeeping/housekeeper, had to take my own trash to the bins outside on my own. Know what you are booking.

Ideal location. Close to Story Bridge. Plenty of stuff around. The room was clean. I did request for a loft style and laundry facilities, which they provided. Our room was pretty spacious

I understand that the rooms would look diff compare to what's advertised. Tho, it felt so much different and older than I would expect. The sofa needs replacing, the staircase rail seems to fall off anytime soon. The bathroom felt like it was from the 90s. During the first night of our stay, the shower head burst as it couldn't handle the pressure. Since it was late, we couldn't even figure out who to call. So we had to wait the following day to reach out to the reception, they replaced it immediately but the fact that we had to go through a night without a shower was too much. You just wanna be able to relax and clean yourself after your flight.

The location.

The 4 star rating - not achieved in our room. No bedside lamps, black grungy bathroom and mezzanine floor sleep area. Very thin mattress with springs poking into your back as you lay on it. Had to place blankets from the cupboard on it so as not to feel the springs poking you. No powerpoint to plug in phone beside bed. red flashing light above bathroom basin, gaffa taped with around 3-4 strips with the light still beaming through. Nothing like any of the photos in the pictures. Room was a nightmare. Although the staff were lovely, they said the room was one of the better ones. Had to spend the night as after a late flight arrived in at 1.00 am. Could not find anywhere else to go. Had to pay for the other two nights we had paid, even though the place was fully booked and I'm sure you would have got some other person in there.

The location was perfect, has everything needed within walking distance or walking to public transport. I checked in after hours and the instructions were super easy. I also had reserved a car park for my stay and the instructions to get the car park was also very easy and simple.

Great location with secured parking. Friendly staff and a good view of The Valley.

Some things were a bit old and needed more attention. The balcony was dirty. But nothing that can't be fixed, it was a nice stay anyway :)
