    Pros +

    • Close to center.
    • Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and effortless, room had great view, spacious and comfy.
    • location was perfect, so central to everywhere we wanted to go. There were 2 shopping malls within walking distance and also many food shops catering to all tastes within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and the veiw wasn't bad considering we were in the middle of several high rises.

    Cons -

    • I booked this hotel only because of the king size bed, at receprion they upgradsd me to an appartment, i said ok, as long as it is a large bed. When i came into the room it was a large 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Exhasted we slept, but uncomfortably!
    • nothing, everything was really good. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and good aircon. Even being in the middle of Brisbane, we were not bothered by any traffic noise. Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking there again .
    • Fridge was only for the mini bar, no cold jugs of water etc.

The Sebel was so comfortable, clean, luxurious and staff were lovely.

Fridge was only for the mini bar, no cold jugs of water etc.

Room was nice and clean. staff that checked us in were amazing.Really enjoyed the pool facility as well. stayed at the hotel to attend an event in Brisbane and the location was very close to the event venue.

would have been better if we can book parking online. a bit more light in the bed room would have also been better.

    Location

$40 per night for car park. Bathroom was very tight. Rooms were a little tired looking and dust on carpets where vacuum would not easily fit.

    8MariannePosted on: 7-10-2025

Location was great, and access to car park was easy.

Room was starting to need some TLC.Carpets were loosening and paint chipping.

    10MichellePosted on: 6-14-2025

Location, facilities and staff were great. Price was quite high, and parking price was higher than quoted.

Price of parking was expensive, price of room was expensive.

    9ElizabethPosted on: 6-6-2025

    Handy to shopping.

It was all good but there was a bobby pin on the bathroom floor so not been cleaned perfectly.

There is no possible way this hotel is 4.5 stars as per your website. It is now only 3 stars. It is old and shabby

Rumpled carpet, wood chipped furniture, lamp shades askew, noisy from the high rises being built next door. Mediocre cafe.

    10DeanPosted on: 5-4-2025

The room was great, clean and had everything we needed for the weekend and being right in town was the best

    Our stay wasn't long enough

    8ChellePosted on: 4-27-2025

Location and staff were extremely helpful and friendly

It was a bit dated but worth it due to how reasonable the price was to stay

    7BenjaminPosted on: 4-27-2025

Great location - central to everything in the CBD. Room was clean and spacious. View was good. We were on level 9.

Parking costs were not part of the package. It was a separate cost of $40 per night. I felt that was excessive

    8JanePosted on: 4-26-2025

We had a one night stay in the city, being the wknd very lucky as there was a lot of construction going on. Had it been the week maybe a different story. Location location access to everything, walking distance to restaurants, bars etc something ours boys loved. Being able to secure a parking space was a bonus first in bases. Check out was seamless staff very helpful

Could not fault the place, clean and tidy all we needed for a night’s accommodation.

    10JoannePosted on: 4-25-2025

Location was great, very good value for money we thought.

On check in late at night the guy checking us in was very nice but for a Hotel Receptionist you would have thought he would have ironed his shirt, I felt he let the place down by looking the way he did first impression just not good but from then on it was lovely

Highlight was outstanding service from Evie at front desk. Went above and beyond to secure taxi with ANZAC day street blockagesGreat location, easy check in, spacious room, clean and quiet. Perfect place for single, couple or family

    7CarolPosted on: 4-24-2025

    Location good bed roomy apartment

Furniture in the room a bit tired wish they had written material about hotel rather than stumbling on it on the screen not everyone uses internet all the timeAlso access to internet should have be part and parcel of room charge not having to go in each day to put it in your phone

    8JuliePosted on: 4-19-2025

Loved the location and breakfast menu was ok

The construction next door was noisy at times during the night and I was woken at least 2 to 3 times each night. Unfortunately, understand, beyond the Sebel’s ability to be able to fix…

    8JuliePosted on: 4-15-2025

Check in/out staff were amazing. Very friendly. Great location, close to everything in town.

    5KirrilyPosted on: 4-14-2025

The room we were initially put in had an overwhelming smell of human sewerage, was unclean, the laminate was peeling off the bathroom floor and generally needed to be upgraded. Upon my daughter and I returning to the room in the afternoon, we couldn’t handle the smell any more and spoke to reception. Ken, the duty manager accompanied up back to the room and immediately organized for us to be moved to an upgraded room. We packed our bags and went down to reception where Ken had organized the new room keys and had the sofa bed made up for my daughter. Unfortunately, the elevator door closed heavily on my right forearm leaving a huge bruise.. we were happy in the second room and slept well.
