difficult parking, was given wrong room to begin and had to change after one night

Very clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, VERY quiet location and we enjoyed our SUN/MON night’s stay as much as we did on the previous FRI’s stay in same Apartment - many thanks!…………………………….Delightful Staff as well!

Not keen on the raised tile versed carpet join between laundry area and front door. It is a serious “trip hazard” to “oldies” like myself. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

stuff all public parking on every level l would prefer all public parking on one level secondaly $45 a night l already told l want be staying again. pillows were to soft show was crap set up

The location in the city was exactly what we wanted, room had a great view over the city and the facilities were well maintained.

Unfortunately the Ashes tour was on so there was a bit of noise in the evening from cricket fans.

The whole stay was Great, Well equipped unit with good views ,Friendly Efficient staff, Clean & Great Shower ,Comfortable Bedding. Position in city was great, close to Mall and City Loop bus stops which is a free service around City, Very Handy. Restaurants... All types nearby.

Modular lounge suite getting a Bit Tired! Apart from that GREAT.

Great location for me. Close to cafe's, a 7-eleven and a bottle shop. Had everuthing I needed for an overnight stay. I would stay there again.

A bit pricey

Location was great, room (floor33) had an awesome view over the river and Storey Bridge. 7 11 downstairs and restaurants and coffee shops galore.

Just the parking spaces, as the elevators only allow you to go to your floor, floor 1 and 7 and ground, you have to contact reception to get access to the floor your car was on.

Great location, good views, easy access.

Furniture is a little tired, could do with a refresh and upgrade.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Got upgraded to a river view room which was great.

Single bathroom was not ideal for a family of 4 with teenagers.

Fine views from living room and bedroom. Fast elevators.

Too many warning notes. Hard mattress.

Bright apartment in the heart of the city with all what you may need for your stay at a reasonable price.

I love this hotel, I did and I will book it again in the future.... It is very close to the valley and the bridge to felons Wich is one of the best parts of Brisbane...The staff at the reception is just amazing. They gave us the best recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the whole hotel is just amazing. Everything about it is perfect... Depends on the time of the booking but you can get a room very cheap for the best standard. The location is perfect, the view of the rooms stunning and very modern, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the best experience in Brisbane with my partner in the past and for sure whenever we are in Brisbane again just because of this place. Thank you to the whole team.Will be back soon.

I didn't like that the security in front of the late entrance was too offensive and didn't have a proper manner and didn't know how to talk to guests(probably because of a big AFL footy event in brisbane) although absolutely unprofessional security in the first contact gave me the feeling of being a criminal for no reason. I have been in this hotel before and at that time it wasn't an issue.

Location is great, the view is great too. The bed is comfortable.

Its a bit noisy on the balcony with all the aircons on the surrounding buildings, but inside the apartment, you can't hear a thing.

The apartment was well equipped, the view was amazing. the location was verry central to everything, only a short walk to numerous restaurants and to the shopping mall.

there was nothing I could fault

Great place to stay, clean, tidy, wonderful view. Everything you could need. There was even a diffuser in the bathroom for curly girls.

The location of the apartment was amazing. It was close to convenience stores, restaurants, shops, the river and just about anything else we could have needed. The apartment was excellent. It had an awesome balcony which overlooked the Brisbane River and the CBD. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was fantastic for us. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was great too.

Getting to the property was difficult. When you Google search 420 Queen St, you get taken to 420 George St. This tricked our taxi driver as well who was new at his job and dropped us at 420 George St. That meant we had to walk with bags to try and find the property in a city that we don't know. The staff were great and helped us to get to the property since Google couldn't be trusted. It turns out if you search the name of the property, this doesn't happen. The bath was not clean. It was stained and it was obvious that no attempt had been made to clean it properly. That was really off putting. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. I have a bad neck and so by the time we left, I was having to take painkillers. The shower would also run randomly scaldingly hot and then turn cold. That happened despite not changing the tap setting at all.

The view was fantastic, especially at night. The location was good for places to eat, and proximity to the river ferries. access for getting taxis worked well. The security system with the lifts only being able to access our floor was great.

The room was nice, the shower made a wet mess on the floor, there was a sell of damp staleness near our door in the hallway.
