Oaks Brisbane on Charlotte Suites

Nothing much other than it's walkable to the city.

Lazy staff. No housekeeping for the entire week. The hotel (but actually more like apartment) felt filthy. Got to go down to the reception to get new towels. Everything about this "hotel" is just not worth it.

Great inner city location. Lovely clean unit with lots of facilities. Very comfortable bed.

it was a very nice place overall. the water pressure in the shower needed to be better and though a small thing decent toilet paper would definitely make the stay better.

The location was great. In the center of the Brisbane. Very close to all the shops.

The dry is not working. No scissors and only provide one laundry power, one dishwasher power. For 2 nights stay. Also parking fee too expensive

The living room, the balcony, and the kitchen were spacious and well fitted for longer stayes. The bed was sturdy and comfortable with lots of room for clothes. The bathroom has a washer and dryer as well as cleaning tools and a drying rack for clothes.

Weak Wi-Fi signal that frequently dropped off, dire lack of easily accessible electrical outlets where one might need them (e.g., by the desk, around the bedside table, and sofa/coffee table). Room lights are mostly outfitted with cool-colored bulbs. I would prefer a soft-warm lighting to make the room a bit cozier and welcoming.

Location was great

The worst bed I’ve ever slept in all other hotels bring you towels sugar etc if you call this hotel makes you go get it. I checked in at 12 went for a walk because check in mean to be at 2pm my room wasn’t ready till 3:20

Parking was an added 45 dollars per day, it should of been an added extra during booking rather than a hidden fee.

At $600 per night, the two-bedroom apartment fell short in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. It did not meet expectations or justify the cost for accommodations in this price range.

Everything was so good. Staff are so niceJust the parking is the problem, at the benigning one of the reception lady sent me to the first car at right hand side, AND WE'VE BEEN CIRCLING all the way to the top and got nothing so have to ring the reception and find out there is another car park building on the left hand side and the sensor wasn't even clear to see took us nearly 40 mins just try to park the car. It was frustrate.

Location

Bathroom floor was slick tiles and dangerous bathroom vanity was tiny. No place to put anything. The architect should’ve been forced to spend three days there and see what the deficiencies were. Only gave us two towels and one washcloth for three days. That seemed pretty skimpy. The bed was very comfortable though.

Air conditioner did not cool the room one bit and I felt sick by the time I left - Room was very dated and just felt dirty to stay in. Equipment basics like ironing board very worn out.

The location and the room were so comfy, tidy and overlooking view. My partner and I were able to enjoy our stay since everything was so absolutely accessible and staff were very approachable.

Loved the location for walking around: sights, parks, groceries and City Cat ferries. I used the lap pool almost daily; nice temperature! The apartment was well set up and comfortable for a week's stay with cooking our own meals. Highly recommend!

The staff were very nice. Everything else was terrible. I was booked for five nights and I left after one night.

My apartment was nothing like it looked in the photographs online. It was noisy, the configuration of the apartment was strange, the lighting was horrible, the water in the shower kept going hot and cold, everything was dated, the bathroom particularly so. The apartment was in very bad condition. Hardly any power points, which would have made it hard for me to work there on my laptop. Very disappointing.
