Spacious but would have liked a tv in the bedroom as the chairs were not comfy

Had everything I needed and more for a work conference. Great location for where I needed to be. Convenient location with everything food,drink, 7-11 & pub. Easy self check in after hours.

I didn’t stay long enough for a swim!

Staff were so nice, we had issues with our rooms air conditioning not working & they were so accomodating and changed our room for us. Other than that no issues, Great location

The location was great and within easy walking distance of CBD and other Brisbane attractions. A great Brisbane view from the deck and the apartment was clean and well appointed. The pool was excellent and we appreciated being able swim until 10.00.

Happy with all aspects of the property, no complaints.

Very big and spacious. Clean and the balcony had phenomenal views

The shower in the en-suite flooded the whole bathroom and in to the bedroom. Also our electrics went out and everything in the fridge had to be thrown away

The room was very spacious and accommodating for my family which included my parents. The bedrooms were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms helped. I definitely recommend the underground car parking as it was worked it especially as street parking was limited. The swimming pool and spa was wonderful to use and very clean.

Some additional plates an glasses would have helped especially being a family of 6

One of the aircons was not working.

Location is good, near the Brisbane city area. Apartment is spacious. A bottle of wine and a box of chocolate as a greeting Christmas gift.

Hygiene was a serious issue throughout our stay.On the first night, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. We contacted the after-hours staff and were only given an insect spray. There was no apology or expression of concern. Instead, the staff member emphasised that it had not been there during their last check and suggested it may have come from outside, which felt dismissive and implied we were responsible. No alternative apartment was offered, and there was no follow-up at any point during our six-day stay.Beyond this, general cleanliness was poor. The dishwasher and hand towel had a very strong mouldy smell. The rangehood was covered in residual oil, indicating it had not been cleaned properly for some time. The bathroom basins had visible stains and were not clean. There were also large dead insects clearly visible inside the ceiling light, which had obviously been there for a while.Overall, the lack of cleanliness combined with the indifferent response from staff made the stay disappointing. Hygiene standards and customer service both need significant improvement.

Very helpful staff even though not on site given that it was a public holiday answered our phone calls promptly and provided clear information needed.

Not really a big thing but would have been good to have salt and pepper in the apartment.

The place is very accessible going to shop and town

I need to buy insect repellent because lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches and air freshener because of stinky carpet

The u it was large with a good sized verandah with a lovely outlook. It was spotless

Reasonable sized apartment and kitchen was fairly well equiped. Easy carpark access and after hours access. Air con worked well. Plenty of pillows. Streaming services on main tv. Close proximity (400m) to train station and short train ride to Suncorp Stadium. Pool and gym available although grassy area needed a mow, and complex is overall tired and old.

For the money paid - the photos DID NOT match the apartment. There was significant water damage in the bathroom, furniture was cheap and old and the apartment was outdated and well worn. I'm not sure I understand the good rating for this complex, unless we received the most outdated room. Not very clean and worst part - husband ended up waking with conjunctivitis day after we got home. I took my own pillow so was unaffected. For what it was - this was very overpriced compared to other properties in the area.

I think small replies for visitors to take luggage up to rooms would be good . Also a broom and dustpan

Lovely huge apartment, everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Friendly helpful staff. Washing machine and sryer were added bonuses.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.!

Was a tad noisy on the road but ear plugs sort that out.

This apartment is amazing. Communication prior to entering, if you have a after hours checking in need is seemless. Location is handy to city and Riverside, easy walking distance. Swimming pool/Gym is a lovely bonus. The apartment cleanliness was impeccable. All amenities that you would need. Definitely a home from home. I would 100 percent stay here again.

I would make sure you bring more shower gel etc. But really minor it was so good.

It was a taxi ride to the convention centre, and the complimentary toiletries weren't very nice

Location was great, room configuration was great.

The pool wasn’t inviting at all and nothing to explore outside of your room.
