Pros +
- location hotel employee at the reception awesome lady.
- Very clean room. All amenity we needed was there. 3 size of towels, CD player, big mug cups were excellent. I believe it was Room#409. Nice view and quiet.
- It was a "compact" room on the ground level and it was definitely compact for a couple. But comfortable, fairly clean and we enjoyed the night we spent there.
Cons -
- could only find one ac remote could not turn the bedroom air con off EXTREMELY NOISY Note Bath is VERY slippery Room 403
- Door is very heavy, so make big noise when close. Hair dryer is poor, you have to keep pressing button on the wall.
- The pool and gym room are a bit below par but functional. As The free internet setup was a bit confusing at first. Make sure you get your code from the check-in desk before they close at 9 pm, otherwise you might end up paying for internet.

Location, room and accommodations were fantastic for my travel needs. Staff went above and beyond to facilitate a wonderful experience for me.
Location
Location ,quiet room clean
Shower had very little pressure shower screen allowed water to go into bathroom floor. No plug for sink. One evening we came back to find the air conditioning unit had heavily leaked on one bed so pillow, mattress and bedding were wet. No one at reception and too late in the evening to make a complaint. Next morning notified management who 2 hours later moved us to another room. Gave us a " bottles of wine" for being so nice. Only the " bottle of wine" was tiny!!
The room and balcony were spacious and the location was good. It is an easy 2 min walk to the Buranda bus and train station and an easy walk to the supermarket and shops at Buranda village and also to Stones Corner. The staff on reception were friendly, the wifi was good and the rooms felt secure. Checking in after hours was easy.
There was no hot water for a shower on my second day until the problem was fixed around 9am Another negative was the lack of toilet paper on arrival - I bought my own as I arrived after hours.
Location is excellent for appointments at the PA Hospital, shopping at the supermarket. I didn’t sample the restaurant on site but heard it was great food and service.
Clean & great location for what I needed.
Neighbouring apartment smoking.
Staff were friendly and location was great walking distance to p.a hospital.
The only thing I didn't like was the noise of the other doors room and hall way ones. Every time one closed, it sounded like it was in my room. Quiet noisy to the point louder than the traffic noise.
Toilet and shower smelt a little bit and balcony was dirty. But location was perfect for what I needed and room was tidy.
Room given on check in hadn’t been cleaned, given another room then the amazing staff upgraded us to another room which was great but didn’t have any toilet roll and had a washer load of dirty washing
The bin in the bathroom had rubbish in it when we got there. There was the tiniest amount of toilet paper on the roll when we got there. There were no spare rolls in the room. Management was not able to supply as they were not there to tell. Our course at the PAH was 0730hrs to 1700 lhrs. So we had to use tissues. There appeared to be drug deals being carried out in the side foyer of the facility at night. I noticed police also attended the facility. I can only assume to attend to the unsavoury people hanging around the facility. On leaving for our course on Sunday morning there was a bent spoon sitting on top of the bin located at the side foyer which had white residue on it of which I can only assume was used for drugs. On returning from our course on Sunday afternoon we were greeted by people who were gathered around this bin and appeared to be under the influence of an illicit substance.
Location was good for my trip - nice size room, clean and well presented. Quality air-conditioning to keep the room temperature to a comfortable level. Undercover parking (although tight small sized carparks). Onsite restaurant is a bonus although I didn't get to use it as I didn't return home any night before 8pm.Hotel is close to restaurants, shops and transport.Nice to sit on the balcony in the extremely humid weather, watching the possums scurrying up and down the trees.
Room has a microwave for cooking; however, only of use to heat microwave dinners - when there are no cooking utensils or pans/dishes. Fire evacuation late one evening (just as I jumped into the shower) - but no-one appearing to take on the role of fire warden downstairs? If they were - they didn't make themselves known to the people outside or in the carpark area (no communication from anyone).Traffic noise (particularly ambulance sirens) is quite loud - but to be expected being a couple of blocks away from the hospital (my room was facing the hospital).7-night stay - didn't come with a bed-linen change (which on my welcome letter was advised as an additional cost).... towels were changed on day 4 (noting I was travelling solo - but all towels - were replaced, even though only one set was used).
Close to a supermarket and a 15min drive to QSAC. Reception lady was friendly.
Pool was freezing and not overly clean.
Location is very convenient.Plenty of coat hangers.
No tea towel for drying dishes. The microwave did not work properly.
The staff at check in were amazing, the room was clean, had all the necessities and we loved the location.
Great value, Very convenient for the hospital. Small room on ground floor suited me perfectly as I was only in there to shower and sleep. i used the laundry and iron. The shops are a short walk away Request... Would love a vending machine if possible :)
The local streets are not the same now with the amount of government housing closeby.. dont like walking to the shops after dark
Staff on reception were helpful
Check in after hours was not good and not made clear ahead of arrivalGym equipment was poorSwimming pool was under parBalcony light didn’t work and wasn’t fixedSunday check out facilities were bad - no secure place to even leave luggage after 12 noon
The property was very central to where i needed to be.
The room was small and i felt claustophobic, but that could be because i didnt book upstairs
