Location and staff

Price paid was not matched by quality. The room was ok, although not adequate for the 3 people it was booked for. Very annoying to have to pay (a lot) for parking. Horrendously uncomfortable sofa bed.

It doesn?t sound fair to put water in the mini bar sell items. For the price paid for the room water supposed to be a complimentary, too unfair.

Snacks in room were badly out of date!

Had room with a nice view. Comfortable bed, very nice shower.

The suite was great, a decent size

We had to wait over half an hour for our room to be inspected as they said it would be 5 mins, however we did get x2 free drinks each for our inconvenience

Location, comfortable, affordable

Location was spot on for all of Southbank, and great restaurant on site. And the shower pressure was second to non.

Aircon in room was set at 18*, you could not make it any cooler, with the aircon fan on max, it made no difference i think it struggled to keep the room below 25* The room during our stay, was very warm, and stuffy, even through the night you didnt need to use covers ,other family members on the 8th floor also found the rooms to be overly warm, throughout the stay.

HAVE STAFF MAN CHECK IN / CHECK OUT COUNTER AND GIET RID OF SELF CHECK IN COMPUTER. WERE FORCED IN TO UPGRADES WHICH WERE NOT BOOKED OR NEEDED.

Nice large apartment, comfy beds, good appliances, large living room, good location.

No obvious issues or dealbreakers. In an ideal world would have liked a slightly larger fridge and the direction of the shower means quite a lot of water gets on the floor - but not the end of the world.

Location went to a concert exhibition center I love the idea of access from level P straight across to exhibition I wish there was a ramp instead of 70 steps, but that is only because we are old lol

I will be perfectly honest I did not find anything. I didn’t like so The answer is nothing.

excellent location, room sufficient for our needs and the bed was very comfortable

no plug near the coffee/tea station and the tap over the bathroom sink made it difficult to fill kettle - had to use a glass and then pour water from that into kettle

Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great.

Excellent service. Very nice hotel with a good restaurant (this was important because it was Melbourne Cup week and most of the surrounding restaurants were booked).

I have no complaints.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful from the check in to the check out, including helping to load our car in a pouring thunderstorm. We were very pleased to get their assistance.

Great location beautiful view of the Brisbane city skyline, the room was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The room was great for a relaxing night away from home. The breakfast buffet was great, the food was amazing.

There was nothing not to like.

Received an upgrade so the room was excellent, bed was super comfy

Close to entertainment venues, close to restaurants, eateries and easy access to South Bank Parkland. The accommodation was excellent and felt the serenity and peacefulness very much so.

I was able to check in very early as the room was ready when I arrived more than an hour before check-in time. The concierge helped us check in and select a room at the check-in station. Valet parking was quick and easy.

If I'm being picky...there was only one variety of tea in the room. My wife wanted a non-caffeinated variety. I went down to the front desk and asked, and they sent someone up with a selection so - first world problem solved.

Given the rate this hotel charge, the expectation is high. The towels provided were not fresh and not in good condition. Slippers were run out. These are the areas to improve.

Valet car parking good but expensive.

No offer to upgrade to higher floor.
