The location and friendly staff

The hotel does need maintenance issued addressed and the building site over the road was quite noisy, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

This was a great place for a quick overnight. The chocolates and note were a bonus. Many places for food and shopping and the river close by for a nice walk.

We thought it was a great place to stay and would stay there again

The noise from the roller door at apartments across the road - but when the sliding door was closed it was OK - we slept well.

The dryer didn’t work well. Had to leave the clothes in the out to dry.

Very convenient place and easy to book

Carrying heavy suitcases upstairs… and a very cold bathroom (unable to turn off exhaust system)

Stayed for 4 nights, asked for the shower to be fixed on the first night we were there. Was not fixed and no communication during our stay about the shower.

Wd found the motel comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was just noisy.

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean and good pressure. Great room balcony was a bonus. Cupboard space was great and iron and ironing board came in handy.

The tv was at an awkward position and the aircon was very cold and close to the bed.

The location is near to various facilities in Toowong Village, Toowong Station, regatta, etc

Parking is limited. Booking ahead is required. Its a 3 storeys walk up if your unit on top most floor. No elevator facility. Swimming Pool is for adults since its too deep for children.

Parking clearance for 4x4 vehicles. Swimming pool very old and tired. The pink wardrobes and cupboards and sink.

Great location close to shops easy to get to city

Lots of stairs, no lift to second floor although help offered on arrival with luggage

The receptionist was friendly, the jazz music in the foyer was so nice, the room was big.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and dusty. Bit noisy traffic from the street - maybe in future get double glazing for the sliding door.

Location is close to transport and shops. Not far into the City. It's a quiet area and they have good size rooms.

Helpful receptionist. Clean. Comfy bed. Spacious. Nice view from balcony. Fridge. Handy location.

No lift. No good for people with a physical disability or injury.
