Felt safe and comfortable

No hot water when showering after attending our outing at 1130pm

Room was cleaned and ready an hour earlier than expected. Bed was comfortable.

A shared kitchen with only a microwave, 2 kettles and disposable knives and forks. No plates, pots, pans, bowls or cooking utensils. Had a room for two with a table on the balcony but only one chair. Had to pay to get tv channels. Refrigerator had previous guest's food in it.

Easy check in. Great price and location. Very clean.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, neither of us slept well.

Disappointing

Booked for 3 people and the pull out bed was not made up when we asked for more linen we were told the room was only for 2 people and that we would have to book another room. Not until later did we receive another call saying they would bring us linen. Disappointed about the attitude when the booking was clearly selected for a bed and pull out bed for 3 people. We were happy it was rectified but definitely not ideal

Tv did not work ...stairs only . Door to bathroom did not close...broken blind....noise from neighbour very clearly heard ..location to central brisbane difficult

The noise bed was really hard and the milk for the coffee in the morning was off.

The location was close to where I needed to be. The townhouse was spacious and comfortable for a couple of night stay. The carparking was sufficient and met my needs as it was secure, actually the whole place was secure. Really like the check in procedure being all non-contact, that suits me well.

The townhouse could have been a little cleaner especially the bathroom, was mould in shower, dead bugs on ground in corners of bathroom and toilet wasn't the greatest. Also would have appreciated a bin in the bathroom and kitchen area. The bed was also like a concrete slab which is more a personal thing but just important to know if you prefer a softer mattress.

Location and car park

I wasn’t the only one in the room. There were lots of cockroaches and I did bring this to the staff.

It was clean, looked recently refurbished. Very quiet. Air con worked well.

Lack of utensils for eating. I prefer places with 24hr reception but it was very well organised, with signage and clear instructions.

The room was very clean and modern. Looks as though it has recently been renovated.

The TV didnt work

Location was good, close to a venue we had show to see.

Reception hours were very poor, shower head was so big that even if ya didnt want your head wet, there was no chance of having a shower without it getting wet. There was no cuterly or plates etc so you couldn't eat a meal there. Beds were really uncomfortable, so sleep was poor

Location, cleanliness, parking and decor.

Bed was a bit hard for me, no towel rack in bathroom and the tv didn't work/ was not set up (needed an email address to register it and a process to go through), so couldn't watch AO women's final.

Room good. Noisy arriving at 12.15am were very noisy.

original ad I saw on website stated microwave in room but not the case. There was one in shared kitchen which got us out of trouble.

Great location to showground. Very clean.

Needs another air conditioning unit downstairs. It was very warm in the apartment.

Room were very modern and clean.The outdoor lounge common area is stylish and a lovely place to have our morning coffee and read a bookThe self-check-in and key collection were super easy. The staff were very friendly and happy.
