    Pros +

    • Horrible experience at reception
    • The pool and the roof top bar are stunning. The room is spacious and bed comfortable. Location is great. The staff were great and went out of their way to smooth any difficulties.
    • Good breakfast and central location.

    Cons -

    • Unbelievably poor, rude and inconsiderate response to room not being available on arrival after Booking.com .
    • Staff were lovely and professional and did a great job but are worked off their feet. Need more staff for busy times.
    • Room decor was shockingly bad, pop art on the walls was awful. Pool was not serviced and app to order was not always available and when pointed out to restaurant staff was dismissed.

The room was atveryesed as having a view which it didn’t an it was like a shoe box

I don’t like the cost for what it was very over priced and I’ve been getting. Spammed with emails since I booked with you guys

Staff were super helpful & informed. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

Didnt know that we had to pay for parking, which made for an awkward arrival. Limited car parking near check in, so was honked by another driver when I had to back up. It would be so much easier to have the option to pay for the parking when you make the booking, that way you can park, come up & check in. The room art is awful, & the bathroom fixtures are aging badly. This really made the space feel less 5 star & more average hotel. Honestly, we have stayed in basic accommodation that felt cleaner, in terms of the interior being new & fresh feeling. Maybe it's time for a small recamp

All good, nice room service, it was collected quickly, good lighting and automatic curtain settings and loved that the casting on the tv was simple.

Not a huge fan of the artworks, they were a little loud for the desired serenity of the room and a little 2000s.

Friendly check in, breakfast included, rooftop pool, location, great shower

No free water in the room

The breakfast was amazing ! The manager and waitress at BISOU BISOU, Victoria, was amazing. She was incredibly kind, highly professional, and her advice was spot on. She is one of the kindest crew members we have ever met.All the staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel itself is outstanding. The rooftop pool is stunning and beautiful. The room was absolutely perfect: spacious, with a great view, a very comfortable bed, and a fantastic bathroom. The perfect hotel in the perfect neighborhood.

Our luggages could be bring to our room. The kitchen at the rooftop bar THE IRIS closes too early.

The service from the staff was above and beyond. Excellent communication and they made my wife’s birthday weekend memorable and enjoyable. They left a personalised note for us in our upgraded room as we checked in, together with a bottle of wine and chocolates. Fantastic service.

Modern, stylish and clean hotel close to the Valley entertainment precinct

    4JasonPosted on: 1-27-2026

The decor in the lobby is unappealing , cold and sterile. The tall individual blocks used as a front desk is univiting.Worst front desk I’ve ever seen.Hideous furniture in the foyer. This isnt a matter of taste, this is just bad taste. They have a French restaurant in the hotel yet they have a croque monsieur on the menu , it was 2 pieces of tip top white bread with some awful yellow American style cheese with a piece if ham blowtorched not cooked. It was inedible. The staff were great and helpful. The pool area was soulless, you need to create a vibe , some soft music or loud music whatever, create something.I wouldn’t stay there again !

Change the front desk to something that’s inviting you to stay. Change those hideous chairs in the foyer. What are those giant dystopian looking wooden thrones .

    Location was good

I didn’t like the way the photos reflected the property. The property was a bit dated with finer details of the build showing wear and tear quite quickly

Easy check in and check out. Close to transport and shopping

Rooftop restaurant and bar was closed. Pool needs a freshen up

I really enjoyed the room we had, and am glad we upgraded for a slightly larger room. We were on the 5th floor and it was a very quiet room, well equipped with luxury products, an extremely comfy bed and pillows, and the shower was fantastic (which seems to be less common in hotels these days). Loved the smart tech in the room like automatic curtains and lights. Very close to the bars and clubs on Anne Street where we attended a concert. Pool and rooftop bar looked amazing.

My breakfast was nice but my partner had two very thick, almost inedible pieces of sour dough with his portion of scrambled egg. Probably not very good value for money, but the server was lovely. Parking was pricey but safe and easy.

The hotel is lovely, it’s in a good location to walk into Brisbane, it’s very modern, the rooms are comfortable

It was our honeymoon and so they put a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a note saying happy honeymoon etc, have this to celebrate etc. Then they billed us for it! If it wasn’t for this the rating would have been higher.

Facilities rooftop pool and bar amazing. And free bottle of wine for check in for our anniversary

Ac wasn't working in our room. Complained and was told they would send someone to look no one did and we suffered the whole night with no airflow.
