Marvel Stadium (formerly Etihad Stadium) is 13 minutes' walk away. The air-conditioned, contemporary rooms include a mini-bar, 49-inch LG Smart TV, Chromecast and an open plan bathroom with a rainfall shower. In-Room Dining is available until 10.00 PM. - Location was critical, and this hotel delivered. Walking distance to everything we needed to get to, and only a few blocks to the SkyBus terminal for travel to and from the airport. Don't understand why reviewers complained about the 2nd Floor Lobby.

Cons -
- The lack of hot water in the shower. At checkout we were told they were having some "energy" problems, and that resulted in the lack of hot water. They were kind enough to refund a portion of the room fee as a gesture of goodwill.
- Check in desk deserves to be better staffed.
- No daily cleaning at all, we were there for 10 nights!! Not even a chair to sit! Hardly any space in the shower cubicle. Bar soaps are of lousy quality! Both me and my husband got bitten when we were sleeping, definitely they are bed bugs!!!
