Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club or JCB credit card. Early check in available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00 am only (subject to room availability). Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. We offer our Great Sunrise Breakfast (One Serve of Hot Plated Breakfast: bacon, egg, sausages, hash browns & baked beans, plus help yourself to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice – No refills) at AUD $20 per person (served between 07:30am to 10:00am daily).
