- Found out the shower gel bottle was empty after getting into the shower. Robes are not provided unless you book a suite so if you want to use the pool/sauna, you?ll have to be dressed and then change in the unisex change room with lockers without locks.

- Housekeeping staff is lacking. Booked a room for 3 people but only 2 sets of towels and cups in the room. Also there are no one answering the phone from front desk when calling from room for multiple times. Will need more service staff.
