Pros +
- The location was pretty good. Near Vic Markets. The staff were friendly. The kitchenette was handy.
- Location, rates, amenities.
- The staff were lovely.
Cons -
- The room seemed very stuffy. Got hot quite easily. And the view was non existent, being jammed between to high rises.
- Our room was damaged in places (poorly installed open wardrobe, cracks, etc), very small for an executive suite, the bed linens were just flat sheets covering a doona and the mattress so the sheets moved around exposing the bare mattress and bare doona.
- If anything lifts were a bit slow
