Location?5-minute walk from public (bus, light rail and trains, and ferries.) Most important, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.?heck there?s a Sal?s (authentic NY pizza) a 5-minute walk from the hotel?s door! Big Bus tour stop is a block away

We didn't realize they serviced the room daily so we left our very large suitcases on the bed, We returned to find them neatly put away and the bed made. We had clean towels and the whole room was so nice. In the US this no longer happens.

Too good of a location it seems¿we got stuck leaving by the Sydney marathon literally running by our hotel. Barely made our flight home.

Greeat hotel to stay in, Staff were very nice and helpful, Room was very clean and spacious. Alot of variety for breakfast buffet which was included in our package.

Well designed and well located little hotel. Friendly staff. Elegantly fitted out and comfortable rooms. Good value. The fact the bag I left at receiption in the morning was delivered straight to my room when the room was ready shows the Hilton service is present in this small sub-brand hotel.

Two of the three USB chargers in the room being broken and a stain on the pillow indicate that the maintenance attention to detail is maybe not what it could/should be for a fairly new hotel.

The location was amazing so close to everything.The staff were very nice.

-They asked for a security deposit when we paid for the hotel (they didn’t say that on website or anywhere until we paid.-House keeping was not done & slow when we came back.(we were gone for hours during the day)

Styling was good, close to Barangaroo, Kings Wharf and restaurants. Comfortable bedding and pillows were amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

When the room facilities advise refrigerator, I would expect there to be a refigerator - something the size of a refrigerator that barely fits 2 bottles of water & milk for the morning cuppa does not a refrigerator make!

Best stay! Amazing staff especially Emmanuel, from the moment we arrived to when we left. Convenient location & such easy parking. Best hotel we’ve stayed in, felt so welcomed & staff were so accomodating to us, always had smiles, even got a sweet card for my parters birthday. Highly recommend!

Location was great! The hotel definitely had a unique “boutiquey” feel & look that was very pleasant! The staff were very helpful and in particular Katherine at the reception desk who after discovering we had been traveling for over 24 hours, found us a room and checked us in early! We didn’t expect it but greatly appreciated it!!

The menu selection at the restaurant was a little light on options but what they did have on the menu was delicious!

Incredibly comfy room, phenomenal pillows, complimentary arrival drinks were a lovely idea. Breakfast could start earlier, having to wait until 7 slightly delayed our day.

The room itself was clean and visually pleasant; however, the shower tiles had a noticeable build-up of grime, which made the bathroom feel less comfortable.Coffee machine was loud and not even hot at all just lukewarm, which was dissapointing. It was raining heavily and I had to walk to get a coffee in the morning.There was no toothbrush provided in the room. One was available after asking at reception, but it would have been better if this had been included from the start.The bed was quite firm and the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality.Breakfast was a standard Western offering. While there were some acceptable options, it wasn’t particularly healthy or good value for the price.After spending three weeks in Thailand and staying at several more affordable hotels that included thoughtful extras and higher overall standards, this property felt overpriced for what was offered. There is definite room for improvement.

Property was presented well in a handy position for our stay. Staff knowledge and presentation good.

It wold be nice to know before booking that there is no restaurant or bar on Sunday night before making booking. This is very disappointing especially when arriving later in the day to only find a small room service menu. This type of information should be mandatory on your facilities list.
