Vibe Hotel Sydney Darling Harbour

Staff were wonderful. Nice atmosphere.

Very expensive for what the room/hotel is. Bathroom was very dirty and smelt like sewerage. When notifying staff, they sprayed air fresheners rather than clean. A little disappointing for $500 a night.

I left my blazer in the wardrobe and when I rang lost property they said it wasn’t found.

Cleaning staff shortages, room not thoroughly cleaned in between . Change towel and make bed only. Dirty dishes will stay and rubbish

Location was good. Breakfast was small but tasted ok.

We booked the suite room and was pretty small. Also booked the ‘romance’ package for $90 and was a ridiculous waste of money. A few balloons in the room and $12 bottle of sparkling. The receptionist also spoiled the surprise for my partner when they mentioned it to her when she called to ask an unrelated question. Overall was pretty disappointed with overall experience and cost.

The included breakfast was good, room was adequate and fit for a short stay. Great rooftop pool.

The bed and pillows were average and uncomfortable. The room had a plumbing (basin) issue and smell from the pipes which the staff attempted to rectify. Spent time at the pool on a sunny afternoon, the bar was unavailable, we were given a drink card and never had the chance to use it due to the hours the bar was open.

The staff were wonderful; both polite and professional, and very efficient with help. The room was well kept and the bathroom was beautiful, the beds were also extremely comfortable. The views were quite nice for being in the middle of the city, and it's at a great location. Lots of good restaurants, shops, and public transport options nearby. The cafe downstairs (The Sussex) had consistently high-quality and delicious food.

The rooftop area is lovely but under utilised. It’s a shame having the pool there with no access to the bar (which opens at 4:30pm).

Great hotel with lovely staff. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool area after a long flight although could be more seating.

Very new with great finishes. Very good bathroom and lighting. Lovely staff. Good breakfast and nice swimming pool.

The rooftop bar is advertised but only opened 4 days a week. Huge disappointment. You have to get your drinks from the breakfast room and ask to get it delivered to the pool because you can’t walk in the hotel with your drink… overly complicated. Make sure to call them to check your twin beds request has been received.

Great position. Easy access to trains, tram etc and shops in central city

We had 2 single beds and would have appreciated linen for a single bed. The doubled-over duvets and sheets were uncomfortable and got twisted in the night.

The breakfast was great , the room was great , the pool area was, well apart from being taken over by young people , you couldnt actually walk on the tiles beside the pool as it was soooo hot Luckily we got a go later in the night

LOVED the roof top bar!!! Location was fantastic 7 minute walk to Darling Harbour Breakfast was included in our price and it was amazing!!

Beds are really comfortable and the bath products are amazing. Good selection of breakfast options with also healthy included.

Pool seemed dirty and uninviting. I had something go missing from our room which I reported to reception but got no feedback after.

Great location, easy to access from public transport whilst being close to an amazing selection of restaurants and activities. Room was quiet and comfortable. The pool was one of the reasons we chose to stay.

Pool area and our room were smaller than expected, this did not affect our stay in any way. The bathroom wall and towel rail could have done with an extra wipe down.
