A little walk to the train station

Location is great.

Wow, where do I start? First room I had there was water damage in the room with fuzzy patches that looked like mould, the floor was dirty and the toilet had dried wee on it. Gross. I decided to report to the desk to see if a cleaner room was available. The man on was very helpful and apologetic and gave me another room. When I went to inspect the room, first thing I see is a roach on the floor, I tried to squish it but it was too fast. I thought it was the only one but boy was I wrong, there was many scurrying around in this room so I went back and said I'd rather keep my original room. Better a dirty room than roaches scurrying over me in the night so they gave me another room. This one looked good so I accepted and moved in to settle for the night, this was all between 9-10pm after a long day. I heard some rustling in the night but heard nothing more. In the morning though on the floor was a big, fat cockroach roaming on the floor. Such a disappointing stay.

I liked the location. Very convenient to get a bus to the train station to go where I needed to go. It was not noisy and the breakfast on site was great.

The courtesy bus was not available like it was advertised in the room booklet which was a bit disappointing.

Well-equipped, rooms cleaned every day, very good breakfast included.

The wifi was slow and kept disconnecting, the shower had insufficient hot water pressure.

The Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and kitchen had both microwave and cooktop for cooking, making it convenient to prepare our own meals. The accommodation was close to ammenities. The continental breakfast was nice. The room had a nice patio off the bedroom and lovely courtyard leading to the room.

The room was very noisy at night. It faced Liverpool road, and road noise and aeroplane noise was loud most of the night. The second night of our stay we ended up pushing the bed to the opposite side of the room to try and muffle the road noise coming from the front door, and also placed pillows along the sides of the front door. The bathroom did not have bright lighting and was a wheelchair purpose built bathroom making it not very comfortable for us, with the toilet being higher than normal and the shower area very exposed and cold. A/C unit remote was working intermittantly making it difficult to turn on and off. The internet was also intermittent.

Room was basic but comfortable enough for the price, clean and cheap

The extraordinarily rude staff at the breakfast cafe who met my request for coffee with an angry tirade. Inexplicable and really a stand-out negative along and the hot water ran out suddenly after a few minutes in the shower

The room was comfortable and clean. The location not too far from Sydney Olympic Park was great for attending the football. We had a smooth check in, easy parking, and a great kebab place right across the road! It was win win! We will be staying again ?

Definitely not clean and the rooms very dusty with bed bugs

Our stay was great especially for a last minute booking. They met our needs with having our rooms close to each other. Private parking and nice little courtyard area where we could just hangout.

Nothing comes to mind that we didn’t like.

Location and friendly and helpful reception

Room small, cramped, mixture of old and new fittings, bath tub very difficult to get in and out of for a shower or a bath.

I found the room excellent very clean and modern

The only i will say that i didnt like was the noise Factor, Slamming Doors a Dog Possibly on the premises Barking also other Patrons talking Loudly outside near my Door on the Balcony.

The furniture could be undated, was quite old and it was raining heavy so wet infront of doorway. The lift needs updated.

I had rented a 2 bedroom unit but there is no air-con in the small room.Wifi could not be connect in the rooms. Wifi is only available in the reception. It is a bit far from the station.I had sent the defect to the office on the first day but no reply.

The staff were great. They were extremely responsive prior to our travel and very friendly upon our arrival and during our short stay. The property was easy to find and in a good location with places to eat within walking distance. Cute little cafe downstairs for our morning coffee and the room provided everything we needed for our stay - could’ve even cooked a meal in the kitchenette with microwave and oven included. Would definitely visit again, thank you!

Clean and a small bath was great.

too much road traffic noise. Big gap under the door I put a pillow and towel at base of door. That was a bit effective. No bedside lamp????

Free under cover parking, close to bus stop or about 15/20 minutes to train station. Comfy bed.

Room was fairly small. Bath over the shower so quite a high step up, could be an issue for any elderly people or people with mobility issues.

The suite provided the kitchenette facilities that we required. The room was spacious compared to others.

The unit was ageing. The PowerPoints on one side of the bed didn't work. It was impossible to lock the sliding door to the balcony - so we had no security. As we were on the third floor we thought we'd be OK as we didn't have any valuables. The shower recess had some mould and the shower head connection squirted. These are all maintenance issues which should be picked up by staff.
