Location is good and that is it. Dirty place, very bad wifi, bathroom sink did not work

Great value and location, all rooms and toilet/shower was clean. Main tv was broken though, fridge was off when we came in and took a long while to cool down. Lamps didn’t work consistently, bunk rail easily came off.Would book again, just hope for a bit less disrepair, staff was great though

Bed was very hard , rooms could do with a refurbished , located on busy road …

location was close to the train station and very easy to findour rooms were as described on the description

no fans in the bathroom making it very steamy after a shower and being told that opening the window was all we could do, which didnt have any fly screens.

Good location, close to train station and Coles, cafes and several shops. Persons at the reception were helpful. Room was well set up, we had clean towels daily.

The mattress was sagging in the middle.

There was too much of a smell of mould.I did keep the door closed to prevent setting off the alarm but perhaps an exhaust fan that turned on when you turned the light on in the bathroom would be helpful.

Excellent value for money. Description match what we had. Wifi was good.Area around hotel is safe. Hotel actually next to very fancy area, only the street portion of the hotel is a bit less fancy. Public transport and supermarket 500m from hotel.

It is a bit outdated. Rules a bit strict/old fashion. But absolutely no problem for us for such a good price close to center.

The room was dated but it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. It was fairly quiet at night, considering the busy road. The location was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Dated room was the only negative.

The mattress was super old and uncomfortable. I had back pain by the end of my stay. The carpets needs replacement, also very old and smelly.

That it was clean and quiet. It waas a lovely surprise to have a view across gardens to Rushcutters Bay

Clean sheets and cheap price

Air con kept on stopping every half an hour.when i informed front desk on vheck out i was told that everything on that side of the buulding doesnt work.

Very well located, close to a train station, ferry terminal, park and shops. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was very comfortable - even had a small view of Sydney Harbour. The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good value for its low price. View of the harbour. Table and chairs plus sofa. Free parking. Breakfast box.

Dreary entrance. Not very friendly employee booking us in.

Convenient location. Parking is good. Sheets are clean, breakfast pack a nice touch.

It’s very old - the carpet is neat but past its use by date, as is the bedspread. Bathroom awkward with door opening onto toilet and old. Smells old.

Easy and convenient location. Simple stroll down the hill from the train station

the room too small we stayed as a groups 5 of us stayed and its was small and they don’t clean the rooms everyday
