- Friendly and curteous staff
- Staff were courteous
- Proximity to the airport and Mascot village. The staff were great and the shuttle was a bonus.
Cons -

- They advertise a restaurant. NO. There's a snack bar of cold sandwiches & microwave pizza. Breakfast was yogurt from the snack bar. The bathroom layout WILL result in injury: the door opens, blockS the toilet & routing one into a clear-glass wall.
- We have stayed here before but now there is no dinner available.
