Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park

Good central location to the CBD, we were able to use public transport as there were many bus stations that were within walking distance. Our room was big and comfortable (for the 3 of us) and breakfast was good and had the standard menus (egg station, pastries, cereal, asian corner).

No major issues but breakfast can get quite crowded and the hot chocolate ran out very quick, and I ended up only getting hot milk and water.

The location and cleanliness of the room

Procedures of check-in. I booked the room for stay with my son who had been in Sydney. I booked with my son as main guest. On booking.com. I wanted my son to check-in first before my arrival in Sydney. My son approached the hotel to ask for the procedures and they required me to send an email to tell them my son would check-in first. It would be much better if both of us could check-in without extra proceduresIt would be better if the hotel could provide us with handwash instead of soap in the bathroom for better hygiene.

Well presented clean room with comfortable beds. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A short 10 minute walk to Central Station. Breakfast has lots of dietary choices.

Can be expensive at peak times.

The receptionists are all very friendly, the greeting card is also very nice. The room is clean and neat, with the sofa bed already made before you check in (if needed). You can ask to check in ealier if they have avaliable rooms. The breakfast buffet has a very good atmosphere and the food is very delicious. And also gave us a free bottle of wine as a gift. The location is also very good, close to the city center and a very close walk to the train station (under five minutes).They will provide enough quantity of stuff that you need. Again, the receptionists really nice, they provide the best services and are very thoughtful. The best hotel we have experienced in Sydney.

There was no microwave, freezer didn’t work basically a kitchenette for what it costAnd you could here the traffic outside

The room was well presented, the view was amazing and the staff incredibly friendly. The shower room is also very spacious and definitely worth the money.

There are a few pain points like the first room being served had brown spots on the carpet and a red stain, not sure if it was blood or anything. However, after pointing it out the staff was kind enough to assign a new room. A little concerning that it was passed through room inspection though.Another point was the second room I got not having a proper phone, that could connect to room service.

The breakfast was great and offered a nice variety of different types of food. The staff was wonderful and kept up with the food items on the buffet. Raphael gave exceptional service.. Also, we ate dinner at the restaurant. The service and food was very good. Regarding the location, I like that I was able to walk to restaurants and the shopping center in the area.

At this time, I cannot think of one thing that I did not like! I appreciated the staff and the location so much.

Fantastic service, great location, new and modern facilities.

The breakfast was probably a 6/10 to me, but it’s also appropriately priced I think. Not a complaint so much as an observation.

Staff organising a breakfast box because we were leaving too early for our included breakfast. Drunk on arrival- particularly the sparkling water.

Clean, modern, buffet breakfast was ample.

Pillows could be bette, but that is personal preference only.

I had arranged a cake to be delivered to reception the morning of my wife's 40th and was told that the staff would set up something for breakfast to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday on the 11th December consisting of a little something special at breakfast Nothing was set up or arranged and went to make sure the cake had been delivered to reception and the cake was just sitting at reception Nothing had been done A little disappointing but I guess they were too busyAlso was told our room had been upgraded but wasn't sure what the upgrade was it didn't seem any bigger or different to what we had booked online

Great location walking distance to Central, Chinatown, Broadway, Darling Harbour, close to city and Newtown.Supermarket and shops close by. Comfortable room, friendly staff, very clean and quiet.

The bed was comfy but that’s all it had going for it.

-There was no microwave in the room (staff said that’s the same with every room) - I was taken aback by the $100 security deposit via card, as it’s not on the listing in booking.com anywhere (when I said we will do cash it was upped to $300 security deposit) - we were excited to stay here being 4.5 stars… but unfortunately we get better facilities at 2-3 star hotels for guest use.

Amazing location and a beautiful hotel. Lobby area has a bar and is directly opposite Starbucks and an easy 5 minute walk to Central. The one bed apartment was spacious with a fabulous view and nice bathroom with robes. Easy parking under the hotel. Friendly staff

I have always been a Four Points fan and stayed at hotel in some countries. It’s clean and most importantly has comfy bed.

I wish they would offer more toiletries than the very basic. The water flow of shower can be stronger and provide bathroom slippers as the toilets are tiled and cold in the morning.The menu at dizzybird restaurant is with very limited choices.
