Nightcap at Regents Park Hotel

Good location room was good and spacious. Train station just across.

Not much to do in the area bit dirty around the area too. Parking was about 300 metres across the street not to much hassle.

Close to the rail station and bus stop. My room was very clean .

Addition of mcrowave ovens to hotel rooms will get the hotel ratings up

Clean towels daily/room service Great location, near to train station.Good food plus several restaurants around it.Very friendly staff.

Rooms where decent size clean and comfortable

Being on a main road didn’t really sleep to good not much parking, street parking is 30 min but there was free parking 5 min walk.

Disappointing this certainly isn't a 4 star rating. Extremely uncomfortable beds, dirty stains on the floor and the bathroom is well overdue in needs to be painted and renovated.

Double charge payment so I short $400 cash flow for this trip. Bit by bed bugs. Cockroach run over my head.

Location to train station, clean, bistro food/ exceptional value for money and taste!! Friendly staff, comfy bed. Tv did not connect to internet as advertised, no onsite parking,.Ladies take a hair dryer!! And bring a plug for charging cables.

Some mould in the shower. All it needs is new silicon seals. No hair dryer in the room and the tv remote needs new batteries. very minor things.

Great overnight stay for a concert at Olympic park. Easy 2 minute walk to train station easy train ride to Olympic park.Small cosy pub venue, nice outdoor area. Get your pub+ card for food and drink promotions. Room is modern clean and comfortable.

No parking on-site, bit of a gamble with street parking. However had no issues overnight, seems like a safe area at night.

The room displayed is not what we got. The TV wouldn't turn on after 10pm nor in the morning. The bar tender that signed us in JM, was the best! A credit to his employer

The location, close to the train line for access to and from the airport and Qudos Bank Arena for a concert I was attending.

Nothing stood out to mention. Maybe a microwave and some basic cutlery would compliment the room.

Alan meet us at checkin. He was fantastic answering questions (car parking, after hours access and early departure). Was a pleasure engaging and also helped take bags up to accommodation. Thank you ?

Vibration noise in hallway outside my room . Small amount of mould in shower

There was blood on the pillow and the sheets had stains on it. Wasn’t very clean

Air-conditioner was faulty ..also room was very small...We were very happy that they organised another hotel.for us to stay

Modern and clean room. Spacious as well. Easy access to food and drinks at the pub.

Parking was a little tricky. Had to park at a public carpark nearby. But it was free.

Quieter room.The Filipino guy was exceptionally helpful to resolve my double booking issue. Like the pub atmosphere and there wasn't a loud band to keep me at all hours (guess depends on the night). Thanks

Exiting the building isn't clear, I found my way out of the back yard onto the back street which is ok. But this could have been explained earlier.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom had been renovated nicely, room was surprisingly quiet

Was a bit put off to be initially told there was parking only to find the parking didn’t exist at the hotel but in the next block. Entry and exit outside of the hotels hours was through a gate into a back lane, I’m not sure we would’ve found it in the dark if we’d been late coming back from the concert.Mould on the floor tiles in the bathroom.
