The accomodation was amazing - clean and comfortable. There were robes and slippers provided. The balcony was lovely and didn't smell like smoke like a lot of others do. The buffet breakfast alone was something I would definitely come back and stay here for. The options were incredible, beautifully presented and every single thing I ate and drank was 10/10 cooked. Sooooooo good!

The only thing I can think of is the room service list just had drinks - it would have been fantastic if they had food options available as well. The price of the accomodation was horrendous but in saying that, you definitely get what you pay for and we definitely feel like it was worth every cent.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Pool area was a bit run down. It was valentines weekend but felt pricey for what it is/the location.

The facilities were old and in need of an update. There was no information provided about the hotel facilities for guests so we didn't know what time the pool was open. There was also not enough staff serving at breakfast so the tables were not cleaned between guests and the food was not replenished quickly.

There was no shade in the pool area

It was comveniently located near cafes, restaurants and the Sydney Olympic Park facilities

The 24 hour room service only had drinks and chocolate bar options when we looked at the menu 11pm. We went to the Skye Bar but they weren't offering any food either. The pillows were very high with no advertised options.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Sydney when we went to see Ed Sheeran, the location was great! It was a 15min uber to Accor Stadium. The place was really clean and comfortable. The check in staff were friendly and accomodating and let us check our bags in early while we waited for our room to be ready as we had an early flight. The pool area and bar was awesome! Little extras like complimentary water was appreciated. As were the complimentary fortune cookies, Valentine’s Day chocolates and ice blocks in the foyer!

The cockroaches, the HOTELS hair dryer catching fire and smoking up my room, the rude staff, getting over charged in drinks?

Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was nice and large with lots of space. The bed was also massive. There was also a balcony attached to the room with a nice view of the city. I loved the 11am check out time.

There probably could be a little bit more attention to detail paid to the room cleaning. the toliet paper holder in our room was broken, and there were some stains on the wall/couch that needed cleaning. nothing super majorly wrong, maybe just a bit on the espensicve side.

It’s my second stay. Always clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating

There were no instructions anywhere for Internet. No pen and paper, no directory on the phone, wasn’t sure who to call for towels or food. For $599 a night I feel there should have been a little bit more. It was the most I have ever paid for one night anywhere and I don’t believe it was value for money. The rates are just crazy, and it’s in Burwood not the city.

The lights in the room keep flickering

Staff were all very helpful. Some inexperience but still nice and polite.

Didn't like the children in the rooftop bar at midnight for the fireworks. It was like a kindergarten party. Ok for 9pm maybe but not midnight. We watched from our room having paid $100+ each for the rooftop party. Serving Staff were brilliant and food/canapies really good.

There were quite a few scuffs and scrapes in the room but overall it was well kept. Housekeeping did a lovely job.

One day the room wasn’t clean

The staff were approachable and responsive. Location excellent - near shopping centres and public transport. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and clean. Amenities in the room were good.

We were not able to locate the wifi password so didn't use Wi-Fi - maybe make this more visually accessible. Although it had a coffee machine it would have been nice to have instant coffee included with the teas as well.
