The staff were great. Although smaller hotel, run very well. Great location with local shops and restaurants within walking distance just around the corner. Lovely fairy ride across to Circular Quay from South Mosman wharf.

Everything was amazing.Parking, room, staff food facilities all very good.Bed was amazing. All the little extras for the price was exceptional.

Obviously they are limited by space, but the parking layout is less than ideal, especially depending on which spot you are allocated, and if there are vehicles around you

Breakfast was quite good, and no more expensive than the surrounding cafes.

Although our bathroom was large, the rest of the room was small compared to other options. There's no desk to work at, and little hanging room. There are very few car spaces - you must book early to get one of these. There's no space marked to drop off luggage or passengers.

I had the pancakes for breakfast but they weren't as good as I had hoped. I suppose they are not freshly made on the premises? I would have liked more berries with them and a little jug of maple syrup would have been great!

The Albert is run like a proper hotel. Reception in the housekeeping were fantastic location Great!! and I loved it.And a very comprehensive but small breakfast menu was served in a lovely bar room or in the outside Terrace. Quite something.!!!

My room was well appointed but quite small and didn't have room for a chair, inside the room, or drawers or shelves to put clothing , but when I asked for a luggage rack, one was provided before I had even made it back into the bedroom!

A newly built hotel, based around a heritage-looking building. Our room was below ground level, but a tiny courtyard allowed plenty of light to enter. Very nice modern room, cool on a hot Sydney day. We even had a complimentary mocktail delivered to our room just after arrival - sort of jelly bean flavoured, but quite refreshing. Recommended.

One of a kind design; interior decor, roomy bathroom and quality bathroom products

Our room was very small with a king bed - a queen would make movement in the room easier. Insufficient clothing or bag storage.

There was a large cockroach in my room. My room was on level one which is a basement level and there is no natural light as there’s a huge wall outside the room. The main entrance is level 2 and 3 which is also the street entrance. The hotel is on an extremely busy road so going into work, getting taxis or Ubers to pick you up at 8am meant waiting for a very long time to 19 minutes due to heavy traffic. I was working in north Sydney but the commute and waiting was almost 45 minutes to 55 for work. The staff were lovely until their cleaners accidentally lost my orthodontic appliances worth 600AUD. They sweet talked me, until I left the hotel and from that point on they were extremely rude. What they didn’t realise was that I rely on those appliances for prevention of jaw aches, migraines and also clenching. I took photos to prove that I traveled with the appliances but they said the housekeeping staff didn’t see anything. The appliances were in a mug filled with a blue solution next to the sink in the bathroom. It’s two items in a mug and I’m not sure how that went unnoticed and negligently chucked out. I was very unhappy as they called me to say sorry (their first call) whilst I was at work and saying they’re investigating but after 24 hours they were obnoxious!Booking.com intervened, gave me £25 credit, and I have to replace these appliances asap. The room is neat with a bed but has no table or chair if you are a working traveller. There’s no views at all, plus the staff who don’t take accountability but put the blame on you. I would say to travel with all your important medical belongings and keep them with you when you leave the hotel. I asked them to clean my room the after my second night only and I regret that I did that. An expensive holiday with Ubers and travel to north Sydney and the city cost me roughly $80-$100 daily. Buses also same time as the construction of the roads have been going on for a while.Thank you to booking.com for helping out.

Location It’s an underground room so there was a large cockroach and no natural light.

Location very good for the busy Mosman area.A quite side street in a loud and noisy area on Military Road.Lift quite accessible and efficient.Good showers.

Little room for guest parking but available at $40 per night. Whole suburb is short on parking.Broken blind meant that there was a lot of external light all night.Breakfast available free but only if you book direct with the property.

Everyone was so friendly, especially the friendly chef who went above and beyond to make us breakfast at the last minute before we left. Gorgeous replace to stay, very sleek and modern.
