The room was dirty there were stains on the bed sheets there was brown liquid sprayed all over the walls and the room was overall disgusting

Staff great, convenient location

Could do with a chair or 2 in the room

I liked how close it was to the trainstation

I definitely didn't like the showers they were terrible and there was a bad smell and the beds were uncomfortable and the doors wouldn't close properly

Very dirty bathroom and toilet which every guest in the hotel shares.

The location

The bed and tiny bathroom and broken things in the room. And nowhere to hang clothes

Nothing everything was horrible I left at 6pm that night Didn’t even stay the night !!

Everything Maybe a tv remote A decent bed The mattress was old and could feel every spring in it Literally left at 6pm that nightCould change tv channel as no remote asked staff to then just be palmed off like nothing , would have been. Better in a hostile and room was quite gross

Value for money, great food in the restaurant, very helpful staff, great location next to Panania Station.

We were swapped between rooms when there was no need, when returned to the same room our cups and saucers had been removed but not replaced so I could not have a coffee in the morning, a towel had been removed but not replaced; there was no plug for the bath, the remote for the tv did not work - most likely the batteries had gone flat. TV could not be worked from the mains. It would be better to have two side tables with night lamps. Possibly consider a bar fridge in each room as at the same price point I have been to other places with all these feautures. Also support beam under the bed was loose when I looked under bed which added to saggy feeling of mattress.

Location and the pub itself is fantastic. We stayed there because of that reason.

So very basic. No mirror, no lamp and pillows that barely had any filling in them. Only 3 pillows for a twin room (2 single beds). Nowhere to hang clothes or put belongings. Shared facilities looked less than thoroughly cleaned and the hallway smelt like smoke.

Very mouldy shower curtain. Bed uncomfortable. Poor sound treatment between rooms

Easy parking also beside railway station and close to rsl. Food and beverages good

Busted toilet seat

Fire alarm, and no hotel contact

Starting from the room that wasn't the cleanest. Old and broken shower, tin walls, bad customer service. Drunk guests making a noice at 3 in the morning because they can not reach the reception. Fire alarm going of in the middle of the night. No one can still reach the reception or managment. The only positive thing was a cleaner, nice and polite boy.

No breakfast facilities.

They provided no coat hangers in the room and had nowhere to hang suits or shirts etc, had to ask for room to be serviced, clean towels etc,room with en suite very basic, will not stay at this property again

Basic Level shared facility hotel but great location 50m from the train and hotel drinks & food of good quality and value.

Shared bathrooms could use an update.

Convenient to the train station

There was no milk for tea or coffee, I had to purchase my own.Unfortunately the mattress was old and we kept sinking into the middle of the bed.

Location was good

Bathroom was dirty and no hot water.Complimentary coffee box had 3 stirring sticks, 1sugar sachet, and 1 milk.... not even coffee or tea... staff were far from helpful.Any prior contact I tried making was also ignored.

The food was very good along with the variety of drinks.

In the room there was no fridge, no wardrobe, no table and chairs, no hair-dryer, no toaster and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Close to where I needed to go

Never any hot water. I mentioned it to staff on first night was told yea that’s usually how it is. Room was small didn’t even have a bar fridge or anything like that.
