Comfortable beds very clean and good size room staff were lovely great stay great value

It will be good if can provide more explanation about the free welcome pack information and breakfast pack on the table. No intercom phone.

Easy to access.

No breakfast. It’s good for a night or two not more than 2 days stay. Its a pub nowhere to eat.

Rooms should be serviced every day. There were Cockroaches in the room very disappointing.

The location was great, the bathroom was clean and the bedding was relatively comfortable. The housekeeping staff were lovely and very helpful but their hands were tied with what and was not available to them to provide.

The room was very dusty, the carpet was pretty gross (sorry). I couldn't go barefoot at all on the carpet, felt really yuk under my feet. My first room smelt like mildew but I do appreciate being moved without question to a better room. There were no face washers, even when I called, they just didn't have any. The minibar fridge leaked, whatever I put in there got wet.

Size of the room was good.

The small split aircon seemed run down and was not cooling the room , temperature in Sydney during our stay was around 38 degree centigrade.

Don’t return deposits

They don’t return the deposits. It’s been 24 days since I stayed here and they haven’t returned it. Make sure you include the AUD$100 deposit in the cost of your trip - because you aren’t getting it back

Tge staff are wonderful, close to the event we were attending

We found quite a few tiny cockroaches in the room, especially on the tea/coffee table

Everything spot on for guests, facilities good especially in my room which had an enormous bathroom. Two free drinks at bar;water bottles and milk kept me hydrated before my daily walks during the current heatwave. Room air conditioning excellent but window overlooking side street allowed my favourite option. Staff at the pub and upstairs at accommodation extremely courteous and helpful.There are good food outlets nearby and shopping next stop at Banksstown also includes library, theatre and club options as well as department stores, banks etc. and eateries galore.

Nothing to complain about at this place. Even the weather which last time here effected my public transport and walk options was this time irrelevant. There are a few rooms downstairs for those affected by the stairs.

The location was great - close to public transport and easy to get to. The staff were lovely, and the room itself was clean and comfortable.

The room did have a minor issue with lighting (I didn't report it as it didn't bother me too much). Otherwise, my stay was comfortable.

Very comfy bed and pillows, specious room and bathroom

Bathroom was very dusty, could see our foot prints on the floor; otherwise clean. A lot of noise from the corridor at mid night.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Drink vouchers on arrival are a very nice touch.

Comfy beds, very clean room. The room met expectation against pricing and is very convenient given the transport options. Free parking as well! Easy to get out of Sydney due to better traffic conditions

Lighting fixtures could be better. Would be also good to have white curtains for daytime instead of just window blinds.

We were there from Sunday-Wednesday and always had a car park. It was very humid in Sydney so having a aircon helped a lot! Our room was very cosy and had enough room for 2 adults and 1 child.The pressure of the water in the shower was amazing!

It would have been nice being able to open the windows for fresh air but having the aircon did help.

Modest accommodation, but clean and comfy (I slept like a log!), and value for money. The staff (at the front bar - I arrived late) were very friendly, and helped me with my bags to my room.

we had issues with the tv quite a few times staff even gave us another room, but tv wasnt good there either but staff were very nice and tried there best to have it working ok, bed was very comfy everything was lovely and clean. Frank and Faye costello.

Clean room, close to transport. Quiet considering it was on the Hume Highway. We arrived earlier than expected but Van was really helpful and fast-tracked the cleaning of our room.

A couple of light bulbs needed replacing.
