Meriton Suites Sussex Street, Sydney

Excellent clean facilities. Pool and spa were great. Easy check in/out and staff very accomodating held bags for the whole day when we check out.

The location was the best. Close to Barangaroo, Circular Quay, Chinatown, and transportation.

The whole facility is very clean. The staff were helpful, attentive, efficient friendly and polite.

It’s not really close to the tram.

Great location, easy to get to public transport. Close to Darling Harbour for evening meals. Lovely clean suite, all amenities you need for a stay in a city

We were gifted a lovely bottle of wine left in our room as we had mentioned it was our 35th wedding anniversary which was a lovely gesture.

Large room, comfortable, very clean and it had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful.

On personal a personal preference, the pool was too cold, and the sauna wasn’t ready to use as you had to wait for it to heat up.

Large suite, quiet overnight, staff were friendly.

Towels were well worn and needed replacing.

Fantastic staff we had complementary water on arrival the room was clean and spacious and very nice pool, easy parking, was amazing and fantastic location will definitely be back

Comfortable, spacious apartment. Enjoyed having a corner room. Smart TV worked well using chromecast. Great pillows & comfortable bed. Toiletries provided. Loved the location. Handy to cafe Socialite, with gardens outside building to enjoy coffee. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Wonderful yiros around the corner.

Could perhaps have a blackout blind in the bathroom, as light filters through to the bedroom. We closed the sliding door to address this. Could do with a 2nd hook for the 2nd towel in the bathroom, as using 1 hook for 2 meant our towels didn't properly dry.

Location and room amenities was perfect! We like the studio room with a slight view of Darling Harbor. The washer/dryer was a huge plus since we were traveling 12 plus days. Good size TV to watch the Australian Open. Staff helpful and friendly. Gym had all the things we needed.

We didn’t have daily house cleaning daily, but it was fine. We just called down to the front desk if we needed anything like coffee and soap.

The hotel was located near the bay, restaurants, museums, cruises, ferry, tram, and the Opera House. The staff was always there and had all items we needed--coffee and decaf, shaving kits, breakfast, and comfortable rooms.

There was nothing we didn't like

Had everything you needed for cooking and laundry.Was a good layout and clean.

Would of been lovely to have a balcony.

Room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definately stay there again.

Lack of daily maid service

The staff wer very helpfull abd attentive.

We did have some miner issues with the rood on arrival but they were sorted out quickly and as required.You cant charge meals back to your room and no on site restraunt is a bit of a pain.
