Cleanliness, location

I liked the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the sleeping space. The carpet in the individual room areas and bathroom showers could use a little updating. The common areas are comfortable and tidy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at The Capsule! And yes I would stay there again.

Great location, easy to get around, clean bed and liked having the privacy of the capsule. Air conditioning worked well and I found most of the guests to be quiet and respectful

Bathrooms and toilets could have been maintained and cleaned more often. It is an old building so was hard to have good ventilation and the lift didn’t work at times.

The bed was fine and clean.

Bathroom was dirty. Under the Toilet Seat it looked like it was not cleaned for days.

Bunk beds were sturdier than at other hostels. You don't feel the movement of the other people in the room

Room was smelly.These are not capsules as advertised, they are bunk beds with a pull down blind.

The location was perfect for my reason for travelling and staying in Sydney and it was literally a 200mtr walk to the venue! The room was clean and quiet. I had requested a bottom bunk which was great. The storage for the bed I was allocated was underneath the bunk.

The "shared bathroom" was not great. There was 1 shower and 1 toilet for the floor. The floor had a dormitory rooms for female only and males - so you can only imagine that! It was clean.

Clean bed, good facilities within capsule e.g. light and fan., shelve, power points.

Size of rooms, my bed and storage was in doorway and had to wary of people coming and going through door

It is placed at a good location. You do need the guide they sent you to find the entrance (sent too late though). Given the type of hotel it is, I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the amenities it had. The beds have a fan and light option as well as charging options, which is nice.

New wooden bedframes are much quieter and more comfortable than the old plastic ones.

Remember to bring a padlock for your locker!

Location is excellent, located neatly between Museum and Town Hall Stations both about a 3-4 minute walk each. Shared spaces were kept clean, reception is modern and clean, building maintains the heritage of the building. Clean facilities, whilst around the rooms was maybe a bit untidy, due to other guests dumping stuff. Would absolutely stay again for a cheap stay. Felt safe.

Bit too much noise but I guess that’s what you get staying in the city.

The location it’s really good if you want to move around the city you have all the options, the room was clean with a good space walls bed and pillows good

The share areas could be better I stayed in a quiet season but 2 toilets per floor its not enough; u can hear the noises from the city whole day but no too loud.

Great location..15 min walk to the opera house etc.

The pillow and quilt were covered in a clean sheet, but underneath were extremely dirty.Must be replaced.

Friendly reception. Great location and comfortable accommodation. Was a pleasure staying here.

Location, clean pods, nice and solid so there was no rocking or bumping from the other person in the bunk below or above.
