Miramare Gardens Boutique Accommodation

Attended a wedding on sat 11 August 2018 Fabulous that we could stay the night also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the café on Sunday morning :-)

Easy to get to, above average inclusions. The room and quality of the furnishings were great. Food from the restaurant was great and staff excellent

Good Staff and great rooms

We were there for one night only and had to rush to get there for 5 pm front desk closing. Not a huge drama andnthey had a plan B. Room was neat and tidy and clean.

Car park was all underground and navigating from one end to the ither wasn't straightforward.

No spoons so could not have any coffee or tea no light bulb in lamp

Rachel on the front desk was lovely, professional, and very helpful. Bed was very comfy.

Restaurant/cafe was excellent. Great food. Peaceful location. Good facilitities in room.

Check in. Details I originally received check in was open till 8pm. I arrived at 7pm to find it closed and an email that was sent while I was in transit explaining that it was to close at 5pm. It stressed me unnecessarily but it was sorted in the end.

The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Facilities were clean, rooms were spacious and the cafe had really nice food.

Location, whilst suitable for our purposes, was a little out of the way for general Sydney sights/tourists.

Large room, modern, clean, affordable, nice restaurant, kind staff

Room was very comfortable, bed was even better than at home and the staff were amazing. Location was fantastic

It was close to my brothers house

Cons - We have stayed there before but we would never stay there again! - reception was only attended in limited hours - our view was overlooking tin roofs - No facecloths available for face washing - when the room was serviced nothing was replaced - my husband had to drive to the shop to get milk - there was only free to air Television - no smart TV - the breakfast was very ordinary - we couldn’t open the safe, we had to call a staff member away from an event to help open it - very overpriced for what we expected! - Pro’s - comfortable bed and clean room! It seems compared to our other stays - that whoever has taken over the management of this hotel, only cares about making a profit - but doesn’t care about what their guests require!

Other guest were disrespectful and noisy outside of room door for hrs in the hallway Definitely not the motels fault though and they were helpful and apologetic

I left my Oral electric Toothbrush. I rang twice and no one got back to me.

The staff were exceptional the food at the restaurant was excellent and great coffee.

We had a big room with a king bed. It was clean and serviced daily (even on Christmas Day). It was a very quiet location. There was a restaurant on site (although we did not use it). Parking was plentiful, under cover and on site. Check-in and out were quick and efficient.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and an electric socket near the bed did not work.

Lovely man on reception provided early check in to help with medical procedure I was having. Bed was comfortable.

A few random hairs in the bathroom but otherwise clean. I was confused with check in (advised to check in prior to parking but nowhere to park while checking in) and a little anxious about upcoming medical appointment and unfortunately came across the abrupt unfriendly woman frequently mentioned in online reviews. No room service on Mondays and Sundays which wasn't made clear prior to booking.

Convenient for visiting family whom leave close by.A comfortable place to stay. It's quiet and pleasant for walking and you can catch the bus outside the hotel to Sydney CBD

That the place has no swimming pool only a cafe and function rooms
